Jupp Heynckes just put up a new record with 11 consecutive CL wins. Way to go, old man :D

I feel sick too. Still angry at the way we exited the tournament. This thread will be quiet tonight.
 
Thinking about how excited I am for the Chelsea-Barcelona game makes me so sad about yesterday...the highlight of our campaign was losing meekly to an out-of-form Sevilla team. We didn't even get to lose meekly to a good team!

Hope Chelsea get battered. Could pretend yesterday didn't happen for at least a few hours that way.
 
think it'll be narrow Barca's win, 3-2. Messi hattrick but also two own goals from him.

Can't see it happening, Chelsea just aren't a good match-up for them, never been.
Whatever happens tonight, it's probably gonna be tight.
 
Chelsea will have to be very clinical tonight to have a chance as this Barcelona defense is really solid.

It would be really important to score first too but I think the first leg result wasn't good enough for them to go through.
 
I hope i'm wrong but i don't think Chelsea has a chance. Their current form isn't that inspiring and with all the recent player interviews i don't think their relationship with the manager is that good either.
 
I do think it will be tight, Barca only scored due to a defensive lapse from an otherwise solid Chelsea defence. Wouldn’t rule out another 1-1.

I hope you’re right!

Chelsea going through after we got knocked out in such pathetic circumstances will really twist the knife. Also Barca are more likely than Chelsea to be able to stop City/Liverpool.

Yeah i forgot about that detail mate. That aspect surpass my dislike of Barça.
 
I know Barcelona playing a version of 4-4-2, but this selection should be them switching to 4-3-3 right?

If it twists the knife then good. These players need to realise what happened yesterday is not acceptable. I've already said I want Sevilla to draw Liverpool/City and get smashed just to show us up even more. Not that I hate Sevilla or anything. Just to Add salt into the wounds so the players and Jose realise they need to up their game next season.

to be fair, they did quite well this CL season. They won their group. While non of Leipzig, Porto and Monaco are competing for the title, they are all decent teams, who fancied to survive this group.
