Champions League Quarter Finals (5th - 13th Apr)

Eh I don't agree.
Atleti isn't being forced into playing without the ball like Real was, they're more than happy to do so and honestly could've scored early on.
Likewise I think Chelsea was the hardest matchup possible for RM and I dont think City is as physically dominant as they are, especially their forwards, they're nowhere near Havertz/Werner as far as harrassing players/pressing

That being said City isn't creating enough counterattack opportunities so it's really hard to see them score, not sure Suarez could be of any help either given how little of the ball they get
City have had the best chances though

I think Madrid are playing this nicely, just as they did first leg.

They just lack that bit of quality in the final third. That through ball has been on a few times.

so Felix against us he puts a worldie of a header. But now he heads like a Sunday league player?

To think that some ex Utd players were calling for Simeone to be the next Utd manager. Atletico are welcome to his brand of anti-football, he may get results but not what fans want to go watch in a stadium or even at home for that matter.

Has anyone seen the Simeone documentary on Amazon prime? Is it worth watching?

Each time that I watch ATM l get disappointed. There games in the CL are just too tactical and too boring.

Has there ever been a bigger drop of in quality between the nights? Going from chel/real,bayern/vila to this is quite something.

Commentators saying how Salah works for the team and gets back if needed and how kids should watch him as an example... take note Rashy and Co...

Could these Atleti bastards be trusted to take care of the Scousers in the final? Could Real?

We know City are well capable of battering Liverpool (yet not always on the scoreboard) but I am terrified about the rest not being up to the task.

@SportingCP96 what can you tell us about this Benfica coach?
He was their youth team coach before Jorge Jesus got fired.

He is a place holder until the new coach is hired in the summer.

Strong rumor and candidate is Roger Schmidt according to Portuguese media.

Going through 1-0 at home and 0-0 away? Pep is trolling Simeone hard.

Atletico no chance. Real maybe. But City are the only team capable of out playing Liverpool consistently

I don't rate Griezmann at all, him coming back has made Atletico worse. Final ball always wrong. They need to get Correa on.

DeBruyne is always injured or carrying an injury in the latter stages of the CL..
