I think it's the petulance more than anything. And he did dive in front of Liechtensteiner without having any control of the ball and the latter gets booked. Pretty shite refereeing there.

I get what you‘re saying, but what Real are doing is a an art in itself. It’s basically what Ancelotti did throughout his whole career. Get great central midfielders who control the game, have a good and organized defense and let your flair players do the rest. It sounds simple, but takes a lot of work. You have to manage the atmosphere in your team and make sure they are in great shape. You have to be able to trust your players a lot, you have to identify reliable leaders and so on.
It’s not an extremely tactical approach and you won’t see many games that have you gasping because of its sheer beauty. But overall, it can work quite brilliantly if you do it right. As it does with Real. They won’t break many records in the league, but when it matters they are usually in form, shape and up for everything.
It’s not exactly what I would do, but that doesn’t mean it’s a legitimate way to do things and it doesn’t take anything away from Zidane‘s accomplishments. They deserve their success.

Isco’s a cracking player but his head is too big for his body. Not sure that kind of freaky ratio has ever been a success in the PL.

Barca annihalted them in La Liga this season. Vallejo has played 9 senior games, Ramos is a HUGE miss. This just isn’t as big a shock as folks are making out.

If Juve meet Liverpool, Juve will 100% do them. Jose showed how they can be beaten. Juve are just as capable of a performance against them like the one we put in.

Need to mark Salah out of the game and then they're up against a rather ordinary side. But that first bit takes some doing.

Not really,I don't think that old juve team will be able to resist the pressing and energy from pool

Yep, we're not great either but neither are this Bayern side. I hope to God Liverpool don't draw Bayern in the semis as they would batter them. My only hope of Liverpool not getting number 6 lies with Juventus/Real.
