Champions League | Matchday 6

No, but looking at him now maybe he should have been, but as I said above, maybe he doesn't score enough outside the box scorchers.

Never really paid that much attention to his time at Wolves because they bore me but didn't they have like 4 forwards there at once but only played with one and the others like a CF/winger? They had Jimenez, Jota, Cutrone, Podence and Traore too. Jimenez was always the main striker but they had the others as a support striker to him or they played as wingers when Traore was in. He played a lot more than Cutrone and Podence but on the wing I think.

I seem to remember him being wide. He's made a good move anyway, more likely to win something.

Huge winner for Madrid possibly. Rodrygo.

Hold on and I suspect a draw in Milan will be enough (they won't mess about and will win v Donetsk this time).

That was pretty much out of nothing, Inter should have scored the third on one of those counters right before

No idea, just a thought: last year, Pool clearly was focused on the league title and didn't care that much about the CL. Think it might be other way around this time?
Nah I don't think that's the case. We were still very interested in the CL last year, just that Atlético was a nightmare match-up for us (and even then we only got eliminated in the last 15' of that tie). It's also not that we're really prioritizing the CL this year, we were unimpressive against Ajax but scraped out a victory, Midtjylland is simply no match for us and today we've been very good but Atalanta has been shockingly poor defensively.

We just wanna win both I assume, just like last year.

People always scream when Pep doesn't start Foden but like I said before: he's good only in one game out of five. Genuinely poor today (and Zinchenko was even worse).
