Champions League 24/25 | Matchday 5: November 26-27

Standards are high. We could do with looking at getting a balance between their harshness and our way of giving everyone 7-8yrs no matter how bad they are.
Their fans just don't care how much "passion" players give, about their "feelings" or basically anything except top performances. Absolutely brutal bunch. But it is effective.

If they give handball for that and not the one for Sporting the first half then something needs questioning.

Time to take Liverpool very seriously. They're winning practically every match.
Yeah can see them winning the league, CL anything can happen in the knockout stages, but they are ticking along nicely unfortunately. Was really hoping for a drop off when Klopp left.

How is this handball but the one in the first half where it clearly hit the City defenders arm wasnt? Don't think it was even checked

If that's a penalty

edit: and it's given. What's happening with football

To be fair, Leverkusen have been pretty crap all season as well so it was expected that they'd get demolished today.

Can't be a pen for that. Ball runs up his leg and Bernardo hits it from a yard into the arm.

Mbappe has been a bit of a disappointment for Madrid so far. It’s seems mad saying that with 8 goals in 14 apps but I think everyone was expecting more.

German clubs should really just feck off from the UCL, absolutely embarassing displays today from all of them.
I'm fuming. I will probably blow all my bets because of those clowns in Dortmund. My fault anyways, Dortmund has fecked me on betting plenty of times. Really despise that club.

Handball rule has been broken for a long time

Commentators are wrong to say that’s not given in the PL though. Plenty of ridiculous handball decisions there too

That's one of the worst penalty awards I've ever seen.

Silva has literally just hoofed it at him from 2 feet away.

UEFA really needs to update the guidelines on penalties like that.
