PSG are going to struggle to break Barca down
Did they change the rule recently? The rule did say that if it is a goalscoring chance and a penalty, only yellow is given, but red card if it’s a freekick. It was something about double punishment or something.
Agreed. In that situation the officials need to look at the actual incident rather than just following the rule book.Hate that this is part of the sport. It tarnishes football so much. It's technically a foul, and since he's the last man, that technically makes it a red card; but he barely touches him and the PSG player just flings himself to the ground. The fact that this can very likely determine the tie and cost Barcelona tens of millions of euros is just a farce. It's such a blemish on the game.
I mean the PSG player is almost through on goal so any foul by rule is going to be a red for denying a goal scoring opportunity but the actual foul looks soft to me.
I thought that only existed for the BundesligaLa Liga Defence League (LLDL) having each other's backs as usual.

Ter Stegen has as much of a reputation as a passing gk than Onana. He's just untouchable so nobody's linking him to a move away, so people don't talk about him as much in UKI realize TerStegen does have a reputation as a passing GK but not near as much as Onana while I actually think he is actually better.
Yep. Not a an attempt on the ballNahh, are you sure about that?
"Double punishment rule" applies only in situations when defender wanted to play the ball. If it is intentional foul (without defender being close to get a ball) then it is both red and a penalty.Did they change the rule recently? It isn’t soft. Barcola was ahead. The defender wasn’t even trying to play the ball.yep, agreed. soft but once he blows, he has to send him off.
Wtf happened to Atleticos defense?

He scored against Sociedad last round. It's unbelievable that Araujo didn't just let Barcola through. There's no way the guy would score anyway.
He doesn't like defending much. Poor man's Trent.Cancelo fecking shite
