I can't give this guy enough praise. When I look at him I'm just reminded of watching the likes of Keane, Robson etc. The purest footballer we've had at this club for a very long time.
 
Just saw the thread stats above, 33 games with 10 G/A as DM.

That's just insane contribution up and down the field.

I fecking love it, too. Loved his celebrations after winning the game, too. He's taken it all very seriously and we need more of that. Every game is worth fighting for, every trophy is there to be won. He's huge for us.
 
Fun fact: Casemiro (5G 5A for us, 1A for Madrid) has more goals and assists this season than Modric (6G 4A) or Kroos (2G 4A).

He's also half decent without the ball.
 
Can't put into words how important he is to us. He's by far our most irreplaceable player.

Bruno's always putting players in their place when they make mistakes, rightly so and now we are seeing Casemiro do the same to him. Oh i love the mentality of this squad.

Case is incredible.
 
What a player! Is quickly climbing up my list of best ever I've seen in a United shirt.

I hate to say it but am I ever wrong about a new signing. This guy is finished, Madrid sold us a dud. No wonder Ten Hag doesn't start him. He doesn't suit the type of football Ten Hag wants to play. He's a destroyer type DM and what we need is a possession based DM like Carrick/Busquets. It's another 60m down the drain and he'll probably just be a last 10 minutes off the bench player which is what he should be at most. Early days I know but I don't think he's going to be a good player for us, he's another player that lacks mobility like Maguire and they struggle in the premier league. Clearly he's not as immobile as Maguire, but he's not the quickest and not the youngest which is going to cause him problems.

Can't imagine him being called anything other than Casemiro. Coming to think of that, I can't imagine him as a kid or even being born. More like he was summoned from the NetherRealm or some kind of Pagan ritual.

Agree. Robson was my heroe, I include Ince in our great midfield list and Keane was obviously fantastic too. No disrepect to Carrick who did very well in his later years, but we have had a few false dawns and flops....but Casemeiro is the first proper intelligent midfield warrior we have had in nearly two decades which is crazy since the first two decades I supported the club we had one after the other

Casemiro wanted to leave once he knew RM drafted in Camavinga and Tchoumani, thus limiting his playing time. And then he wanted to come to United. His relationship with Fred and Varane helped, but he wanted to leave and come to United. Kept it very quiet but knew exactly what he was doing and why....

A winner. Sloppy passing today, but excellent defensively and you just knew he'd make his mark on the game.
 
Brazil should be gutted not beating Croatia. He deserved a WC as well. Beast of a guy.
 
just shows you how important it is to have veteran winners who can lead....we haven't had a true on the field leader since Roy Keane
 
I don’t need to say the good things about him because we all know it and it gets repeated often but his passing is really bad, really need a volume passer next to him next season because it’s becoming quite an eyesore
