Sorry mate, but no same human can believe the Barca links were genuine, or that it forced our hand in a matter of hours. What's that good about wasting the entire window trying to negotiate the price then paying it fully instead of just paying it from the start, get the deal completed and start scouting for a striker ? All focus and energy of this whole window has been put on sealing at deal with Bruno, and now he might very well end up in Barca. Probably no signings then..

Both players can play a pass which will prevent Martial from continually dropping too deep. I've been critical of Martial but in fairness his service has been woeful, with potentially 2 players who are creative to come in, it well benefit him

Why not? He’s been involved in 15 goals so far this season so even if we had 10 extra goals so far we’d be sat in 4th place now.
