At least he did the interview. He looks knackered.

But again no matter who did the interview it would just be words

He was awful last year - diabolical performances ever third performance this season is hyperbolic nonsense and you know it (and you'd be outraged if I made the same nonsensical claim about Pogba during his time here.)
Diabolical might be far in terms of 1 in 3….poor isn’t and there have been plenty of diabolical performances this season. Bruno has positive regard on his side which means that people don’t join up his poor performances, but you can easily look back through here. Newcastle last week, West Han, Leeds x2 off the top of my head in the last few weeks he was poor in all

And if he ever gets to wear the captains armband again after that - fecking disgraceful.

Sackable offence to give him the armband after today. This is an obvious lesson that has to be learned.
A lot of dumb posts here today but this has to be the dumbest.

He actually wanted to be sent off. Don't get why Ten Hag kept him on.

Dalot, Varane and Fred are the only ones who were not shocking. Fred was just completely ineffective.

We crumbled with the man marking tactics, just like Leeds crumbled against us two seasons ago.

Combined with Liverpool getting every deflection and challenge their way + us being wasteful in the first half and here we are..
It was a combination of giving Liverpool a 2-0 lead on a plate due to bad mistakes and players giving up, losing their composure and Liverpool scoring with almost every shot on goal.

Eventhough I'm deeply disappointed right now, I'm very confident we'll put that result behind us and Erik ten Hag will be able to better plan going forward.

Right and you're happy having a captain who demands to be substituted vs Liverpool when losing and then cries when he isn't.

Talk about dumb.

As much as I usually like his energy, your captain should not be a hot head all the time, he should be able to calm the team down get the ball moving and get some tempo in our play when we need it. When you have someone like Bruno who only knows how to play at full speed we can't do this.

The only one with a somewhat valid excuse for being terrible. He has been playing non-stop. It's been baffling how he manages, honestly.

He's just not as good as some seem to think he is. His inconsistency is so bad. He can look a world beater for 5min but the be shit for 85.

I think he needs a break - he's been way over-played.

Honestly he's one of the few people worth noting today that his attitude was disgraceful. It's one thing to have a shit game, shit touches today and making mistakes, but flopping around screaming and trying to get himself sent off is embarassing.

Can't stand his attitude. Sulking all the time and just pathetic. It seems inevitable that he'll be the next Captain, but he really should be no where near that role.

He is central to our play, and has been for the good spell of form we've had.

He's had absolutely no rotation - his form fell off a cliff the last time under Ole or Ralf where he had no rest. He has a high energy style of play so obviously it catches up to him. ETH should know better and rest him in easier games.

Has to be benched in the next game. Pathetic attitude as captain today.

If Slabhead did that this forum would have went down.

Ok I reckon him and Shaw are not starting the next game. I was thinking this time last week that we've missed Eriksen. Maybe if he'd not gotten injured, Bruno wouldn't be playing as many games as he's had this year.

They scored their 7th goal from their 7th shot on target. Total xG for the game was 2.92....

I am also 100% certain Ten Hag will learn from this and make the necessary changes going forward.

non-stop (full energy every game) and in a different position almost every game. Ten Hag was at fault with the formation today. Bruno should play behind the striker with marcus on the left.

Trent Alexander Arnold CAM version yes I said it he got good delivery at times and thats it. He is not my type of nummer 10 and will never be.

Totally agree he needs a player that puts his position under severe pressure someone who can come in and get better or as good numbers. James Maddison or Mohammed Kudas are the likely options he needs to know that if he doesn’t do his job he’s on the bench end of !

7 shots, 7 goals and apparently we've got the best shot stopper in goal. Liverpool's first goal was initiated by Allison coming out of his area and playing a nice pass to Robertson. There's a big difference in mentality and ability between their keeper and ours.

I'm actually seething right now, but like you say, this capitulation will help ten Hag make better decisions going forward. And a drubbing like this will have exposed a number of players to him.

Can you imagine being in a team 2-0 down and you see your captain losing his head, then later on begging to be subbed off. Your own captain! Absolute disgrace. As much stick as Maguire got has ever done anything like that? Not once.

No but Maguire does seem to have a bit of self respect. Bruno has none.

When the team gets battered 7-0 I don't think individual appraisals are required tbh.

The bus would be driving back empty if we did.

Did he demand to be subbed?!

Did he demand to be subbed?!

Yes and threw his umpteenth strop of the game when he wasn't.

Never seen anything more despicable from a United captain.

He's the sort of player who's happy to sit on the turf flapping like an angry bird after getting tackled while his team are getting counter attacked.

He may not be a starting 11 player next season

Allison was dreadful today. If our players had been anything but utter embarrassing shite today we would have scored 3 from his mistakes today. I normally rate Allison but he was lucky to not get punished today.

He acts like a dick because he's a sore loser, which is something I don't mind, we need players that give a shit.

He gave zero shits on the pitch today. Wouldn't mind his captaincy being stripped for a game

I’ve only ever seen that years ago with Ravenelli but that was because he kept missing sitters. He stayed on the pitch and scored.

He doesn't give a shit about the team only himself.

What player who gives a shit demands to be subbed in a Liverpool derby?!

He visbily gave up on the pitch and then asked to be subbed off

He didn't give a shit today, not about the team anyway

You know that's not true, he plays every game with maximum effort, he rarely misses any games too. I've bene critical of his game and his performances but he always puts effort in.

I've seen several references to this asking to be subbed but didn't catch it. Is there a video or someone just making it up?

It's not only about today but rather about Allison making a difference for a team which has gone on to win the league and champions league. He's contributed at the highest level with and without the ball with great success. And even today the first goal came about due to his pass through the line which initiated the attack for the first goal.

The first goal came from a complete defensive meltdown on our part.
