He's been shocking almost all season. A shadow of the player we saw in his first two seasons. At the very least, we could rely on him to score goals. We can't even do that any more. His finishing has been so poor. The only game I remember him playing very well all season was against Leeds.
Like much of the side he’s been dining out on past performances for a long time.
If he doesn't buck his ideas up I can't see him lasting long under ten Hag.
He desperately needs a coach to clean up his game, and hopefully Ten Hag is the man for the job.

Fair point. He’s meant to be talismatic yet he can’t even play simple passes though. McTom was pretty much par for the course as was Matic today, if Fernandes is even competent we beat that dross but as was seen on their 3rd goal he’s just nowhere near at it.

He has been indulged. I remember when Lvg benched Herrera for taking too many risks with the ball. That's what Bruno needed to balance him out.

This is what I talk about ‘making us play better’. He’s just not that talented a footballer for me. I couldn’t care less about this stat. Because Odegaard, Mount, Bernardo can post a similar stat and still pick up 3 or 4 MOTM awards. Bruno simply isn’t capable of that.

I do agree that we need to take Bruno out at the moment. When he's playing well he can more than cover for the weaknesses in his game, but at the moment we're getting all the negatives with none of the positives.

This was highlighted by scouts in 2019. Man City passed on him because they considered him not good enough for their team.
He has his moments but in a top tier functional team, he will never be part of first team. He isn’t consistent enough. He is what i would call an ideal stat player and people who just look at stat and not watch football will rave about him. Even when he was scoring penalties his deficiencies were obvious
Bruno will be 28 years old in September
Bad season. It happens when the team is a disaster. Hazard had a woeful season in 15/16 and then came back to be player of the season the following year. We'll see how it pans out, but I'm fairly confident in saying that Ten Hag will use him as a key player and he'll find his form again. Because he actually has shown a long stretch of excellent form and it's not a hypothetical level we are talking about.

He put his ego above the team. Should have given the ball to Ronaldo. Ronaldo was writing the script for this game and he would have went on to win the game with a hattrick if he took the pen.
I'll give him a season under hag before I make up my mind on him.
