Boehly is going to ruin Chelsea (hopefully)

They've spent over €800m net in 3 years and so far have feck all to show for it, zero trophies and no CL/EL qualification. They're looking less shit these days but I'd wait bit before declaring them geniuses.

We kind of have done a chelsea.
Most of our players have been here 5 minutes or might as well have been with how much they've been injured. Rashford, Bruno and Maguire are basically the holdovers from previous teams and most want to get rid of at least 2 of them.

Don't get your hopes up mate.
I am optimistic that significant changes will take place at United this summer. For some reason, I find myself believing that up to 10 players could be moved on during the summer transfer window.

It's still need manager bounce territory for me. This time last year everyone was kissing Big Ange's hairy ballsack.

We'll see after they have their first blip how they'll recover.

They spent a radical amount to get here, I'm not sure we'll be able to.
We could if we had standards and stopped allowing average players to out stay their welcome.

Chelsea were ruthless in getting rid of mount despite actually having good seasons with them and and emotional tie with the club due to being brought through the youth system. Mount has been at united for two seasons and been an absolute flop but I can bet he still manages to be at the club next season.

Chelsea looking good. It pains me to say it, I wouldn't mind them winning the league. Though it pains me a hell of a lot less than seeing Liverpool win it.

During the same period, Chelsea generated approximately €530m from player sales, which included €70m from United for a player with one year remaining on his contract.

They had peculiar few seasons especially in regards to financial fair play and the owner transfer which allowed them to go berserk in the market while abusing loopholes that have been closed by now.

We can't do that.

We were already in good form end of last season. Got Lavia and Nkunku back this year, upgraded our wingers and GK too.

The bottom line is its hard to stay bad for long when you spend a billion dollars net on players.

Palmer also giving us the x factor, he was a third choice signing pretty much after Nkunku was out all season and we couldn't get Olise. Turned out pretty well, best attacker in the league?

I'd happily take Chelsea winning it over Arsenal, Liverpool or City. All fecking day.

I said net. After sales. Around €800m. Completely unprecedented.
Its not unprecedented. Chelsea has a net spend of €790m (around £220m per season) over the past three years to build a young team capable of competing for the title. During the same period, our net spend has been approximately €500m, yet here we are. What is unprecedented is why and how United continues to struggle despite spending all this silly money and still having a team full of deadwood.

They have that genius who lifts them in Palmer. Looking at their fixtures I hope they go on a run. Would be brilliant for them to win it over Liverpool and City. I had really wanted Arsenal to win it last couple of years but I can’t believe some of their fans, would be funny if Chelsea emerge from the depths of shite to steam past them.

How has what you've posted highlighted it's not unprecedented?

Yeah and the Glazers won a super bowl with the Buccanneers.
Where do you think all the Man United money went!! They are very involved in the Tampa community. They gave over a million for the first hurricane this year and then just weeks later did the same for the second hurricane.

Chelsea are going to walk the Mickey Mouse European competition
If I’m not mistaken, if they win, it would make them only club that have won all UEFA competitions.

Champions League, Cup Winners Cup, Europa League, Conference League, Super Cup

Ruthless with Gallagher as well. Good decision, he wouldn't get in the side now.

would have to be as the conference is so new

Well it only started a couple of years ago did it not?

Gallagher has been sensational in Spain. Good move for him.

Absolutely. When the rumors first surfaced I remember thinking Atletico & Simeone would be a perfect fit for Gallagher. I just didn't think they could afford him but conveniently we financed their move by agreeing to take on Felix from them...

Selling Gallagher for £35M and replacing him in the squad with Dewsbury-Hall for £30M will always remain one of the stupidest decisions the club have ever made.

This allowed a 25 million FFP margin which is worth 1 Sancho.

Yeah I’m not what the idea behind the Dewsbury-Hall signing was. Very Drinkwater feel about it. I can only assume Gallagher was keen to move and wouldn’t have been happy as a rotation kind of option. When you lay the money down though it’s a hard one to fathom.

I still can’t really get behind the way your club operates in the market if I’m honest. It must be a killer seeing home grown players develop elsewhere. Hall being another example recently, to add to Liveramento, picking up international caps.
