Bluemoon goes into Meltdown

World beaters to dogshit in a Fortnight. The ultimate plastic club and now no-one has any sympathy for 'plucky little Citeh' because they are an entirely artificial construct...

My only sadness is that the team to profit looks likely to be the dippers.

They’ve given up on the title with half the season to go. Pathetic bunch of glory-seeking assclowns forgetting what they once were. Also suddenly Mahrez is shit, Gundogan is shit, basically their whole squad is shit with the exception of a handful. Any excuse to go out and blow a good wad of the Sheikh's petrodollars.

It’s all Pep’s fault:
That one isn't wrong though

Spend another £200m in Jan and reputation as a “footballing genius/revolutionary” is restored.

Now the dirty-money-laundering cheats will have something to meltdown about. Plastic doesn’t do them justice - the great Pacific Isle of Trash could be their spiritual home.

I see the share price of Abu Dhabi bogroll has started to skyrocket in preparation for City's new sponsorship deal to fund another spending spree in January. Totes legit.

Are these idiots aware they play Liverpool on 3rd January...at home? That could reduce the gap to 3 points and then there's about 17 games left to play for.

Think the owners should supply knee-braces for all the 'supporters', absolute state of them.

They've been spoiled the past wee while, welcome back to the real world.

It's funny how no matter their argument when they lose it ALWAYS resorts back to spending or future spending. It just shows you that 99% of their fan base is only there since 2008. But we already knew that..

With the last two games we have cut City's lead over us by 6 points, yes?

So, New Year wishes... in finishing in fourth place we edge City out of top four and Spurs pip Liverpool to the title...oh joy!

Bloody City. All that money and they still can’t be relied upon. A little bit of pressure and they buckle. They’re gonna gift it to the bindippers.

A few dodgy results and the shit hits the fan with some City fans conceding the title already. It's a rough patch and they'll have to play through it. Can't have it their own way all of the time.

I'd rather city win another 10 premier league titles before Liverpool get another. Being overtaken or matched at 20 league titles is my biggest worry and Liverpool are the closest to doing it.

I can see their complaints about Gundogan. I’m fairly sure he’s been involved in all their losses over the last two seasons. Fernandinho is so important to the way they play.

Don’t worry only another £200m to spend in January. Quite amazing how much they have spent on the back 4 yet Delph still plays at LB. Even with injuries that is ridiculous.

Gundogan is a big drop off for sure. I expect finding a better backup option for Fernandinho with a player who can eventually take over that positioon long-term is one of their main priorities this summer in addition to signing an LB.

I love the comments from one of their contributors fearing that they would end up battling it out for 4th with us.

Fans on their actually moaning they haven't spent enough money. The absolute cheek of that.

Well, they are right.
To fully implement his philosophy, all he needs is another £250M.
I actually think that Pep has been screwed over by his bosses, who have forced him to operate on a shoestring budget.

BTW, am I right in thinking that since Jose was fired, Pep hasn't won a match?

So the many people who predicted Mahrez to be a stupid signing if it meant they didn't buy a dm were right? Who could have guessed.

Everyone knew they needed someone in midfield.

Not sure why people mock him for being bald - don't over half of men go bald or balding?

Just mock him for being an annoying cnut

I'm not bald (the bald gene may have missed me, even though my dad and grandfather both went bald), but I do sympathise with those who have lost or are losing their hair.
Josep Guardiola however, does not have my sympathies.

Coincidence? I think not.

Perhaps he is mourning Jose's sacking or maybe lost motivation/drive?

He could always sign more hair...

Not the place. But why isn't he playing his wunderkind Foden as a holding midfielder?

It's like when twin little brothers are separated... They start acting up, get sick, etc. The first time Pep left La Liga (and Jose), He had to take a sabbatical and lost his ability to speak English. It took him one year to relearn the language, about two weeks to wish someone a Happy New Year.
