Bluemoon goes into Meltdown

Comedy Gold

Comment from a Bilbao fan,
Matt Le Tissier: "To play in the best clubs is a nice challenge, but there is a much more difficult challenge. Play against them and beat them. I dedicate myself to that".

Reading you guys made me understand that you don´t know anything about us or about proper football. Football is not the amount of trophys or the exchange of players from all over the world. feck that.

As Jon Uriarte said once: "Athletic Club, this is our Club. Everyone's and no one's. As singular in philosophy, as plural in followers . So respected as misunderstood. Some teams make history , Athletic becomes a legend . And that's because an undetermined day in an unwritten agreement , we decided to follow a peculiar way. We chose to be David when everyone wanted to be Goliath. That day we decided to be less victorious but to win more. And we understood that Athletic is a family matter. Football, believe me, has a secondary role."

Keep blaming Laporte about not signing for you. Maybe you should take a look at yourselves and ask the question again. Keep playing monopoly with the arab sheikh. And try to show some more respect.

And yes, the signing is OVER. We don't want or need the stupid money. All for you. Get over it.

By the way, how many mancunians in your squad?

And another one,
why some citizens attack Athletic or Aymeric? Dont you understand that we are a different club? We prefer loosing trophies with athletic than winning with another club, obviously many of our players go to huge clubs of europe like bayern, juve or united but they like to stay here the maxim possible.
Too many citizens called us losers... do you think City could win anything with madrid or barsa in the same league? You cant win a league against tottenham, leicester and arsenal and do you really think that you could win something with madrid, barsa and atletico?

The Berties aren't happy!
Laporte is French you idiot, by your reasoning he shouldn't be in your squad.
Also, taking a swipe at 'Arab' money. Can we ban this **** for clearly being racist.
What a Balloon
forget how many mancunians in our squad, how many ****s are in your support? Well, at least one, you're the first.
You're so wrong on so many points, I can't even be arsed to tackle them. Needless to say though, you're nothing but a jealous, xenophobic prick.

While RAWK is the most delusional and Red Cafe is the worst for kneejerking, Bluemoon is by far the most bitter.

They can't even respond in a manner that will grab your attention. Guess most articulate City posters avoid that forum or just don't bother.

I bet they don't even know Basques live in France as well as in Spain.

Your money would be safe with that one, i suspect theres a lot of Bluemoon who have very little knowledge on a great many subjects. Not just geography.

Headline on FRONT page of the Times: "England's glory boys".

I wonder whether that would have beaten the headline had City scored an injury-time winner against, say, Barnsley in a Cup-tie.

"Unconvincing City labour to scrappy victory over plucky underdogs", or "Lucky City scrape home".

The media's hysterical hype about England contrasts starkly with their comments about club football.
So after controlling the refs for decades, we're the puppet masters of football agents and using them to stop the massive city.
City have a poor relationship with several prominent agents. Will it cost us with delayed and failed transfers this window?

The Laporte transfer seemed to be very likely, until Jorge Mendes was involved for Laporte.

Mendes is a “super agent” who has been described as “the most powerful main in football”. He has over 70 clients including Mourinho, Ronaldo, James Rodriguez and Mangala. United believe he is crucial to them getting the world’s best players.

We may have given ridiculous amounts of cash in the past to Mendes' players Mangala and Otamendi but I would suggest Mourinho will insist the rags are the biggest spenders this window. We are the ones that have dropped out of the Pogba transfer and they have now moved to favourites to sign him. Mourinho was complaining at Chelsea he could not compete with the rags' spending power. Mendes is Mourinho's agent and he will be very well aware, that with FFP, they are "the biggest cash cow in town" for agents.

Aren't Laporte's grandparents basque?

I am expecting Bluemoon to start wanting all their players to boycott the England squad soon as they aren't automatically MOTM and get blamed when they make mistakes.

That's right, any Basque connection qualifies you to play for Bilbao. Wiki actually says it is his great-grandparents, a bit like someone having Irish ancestry then playing for them even though you were born somewhere else.

That Athletic fan is absolutely right in everything he says. I wouldn't be spoken down to like that by fans of a club whose most memorable moments in Europe are YouTube videos of their fans dancing to that shite Kolo/Yaya Toure song in their three-quarter pants.

A fecking pardoy of a forum. They genuinely believe Sky, BBC, the media and every single non city fan is biased against them or jealous of them.. Excuse me, jealous of what? They believe they're a far bigger club than they actually are. They're not in top 3 biggest in England ffs. They were relegation fodder before the Arabs came in, at least other clubs who got bought out had some good foundations in place or were established.

Also, i cannot stand the fact that any player, or transfer which gets a positive report by the media that doesnt involve City, they will ALWAYS ALWAYS come out with "If that was City....." fecking insecure prats.

Hilarious of all, and i ROFL hard at this, they believe Ric and Tolmie's Hairdoo are ITK. just lol. Ric is so ITK and Tolmie, that they dont say a word about players being linked, or the ins and outs of the talks until its in the press. Funny that

They should all be quarantined and studied closely by scientists. There is clearly something very wrong with that forum.

Bluemoon has a Napoleon complex. As have a significant proportion of the City fans that I come across.

They're very insecure and arrogant. Because they have Pep they believe every player will choose to join them regardless. I wasn't even surprised to see them making threads about signing Neymar and Messi. And they were being genuinely serious, all because of Pep

Tbf he was a massive scapegoat in the previous game, hard for a young lad to cope with being the randomly chosen England whipping boy. Especially when Lallana is on the pitch.

It's like an English tradition. A single whipping boy is picked as the one problem of the team. Ireland does the same but our media is smaller and less obnoxious.

I think they've said something similar about the Champions League. That competition that we have total control over and have used to shape world events to suit our own needs.

Bilbao has a history and tradition that City could never aspire to. They've never been relegated. Ever. And that's playing with only Basques. That means something to some people. Maybe Laporte is one of them?

They're a club that doesn't deserve a shed of respect. You can respect Arsenal and Liverpool for example because they're clubs with history and tradition. City have neither aside from winning a title on goal difference after United blew a huge point lead, and capitalising on Liverpool' collapse, however it's that what people remember from that season, not these prats winning a title. They are muck.
