Bluemoon goes into Meltdown

On short memories and dead rubber games vs Juve:

Can anyone remember the last time we got dicked at home like that? Is it our worst home result in the league since we moved into the stadium?

First time Ive left a match early for about 10 years. Couldn't stomach any more of the shambles before my eyes

One of the most inept manager performances I've ever seen

Our best two players for the past month have been Otamendi and Fernandinho. The silly old coont thinks it's a good idea to drop both and prioritise a dead rubber CL game and play a centre half 2 years past his sell by date

After 60 mins we're on top and if we score the next goal there's a great chance we get at least a draw. The silly old coont thinks it's a good idea to take off the best striker in Europe and put on a kid

Baffling ... And I just wish there was a manager available now to step in and replace the silly old coont

Reaction to our game earlier:

So Depay just because he scored is god's gift to football.. amazing how a goal can change people's perception of a player's performance, it is almost like brainwashing.. I'd like to see a proper study into it, really. For example when a player's stats match a performance when they don't score and people's reactions to said players performance as opposed to when a goal (even a tap-in, a shinner or fluke goes in). Would be interesting.

The powers that be at the swamp have been asked about security and the chance of an attack. Apparently the response was "With LBG in charge, the chances of an attack are as low as they've ever been".

How are these cnuts ahead of us in the table ffs

First time Ive left a match early for about 10 years.

That's understandable. Chelsea won their first league title about that time so the last 10 years will have been pretty good for him. ;)

No doubt they'll be demanding Pep, Pogba, & Messi at the end of the season now...and actually think they'll stand a chance of it happening.

i haven't visited for a while but sure the trending words are still Rags and C**ts, yes?.... Thought as much.

Actually, I've got an interesting observation. On their site, there's a sub forum for City's History which has just over 9,000 messages (http://forums.bluemoon-mcfc.co.uk/) while their thread on us for this season has 1,400 replies and it's November (http://forums.bluemoon-mcfc.co.uk/forums/general-football-forum.14/) (not to mention 400 posts on FC United).

I hope I'm reading it wrong and replies and messages are different but if I'm not, then one thread on one of our seasons will get half as many posts as their whole History sub forum has ever got so far.

Anyway, more madness:

How lucky can they get!? playing awful but a 90th minute own goal.. surely there luck has to run out sometime they can't keep skinning the cat!? probably against the big boys, hopefully.

Watch next week. After scoring 10 games in a row Vardy will not ge able to hit the target with simple chances. Its the luck they have
I reckon he'll be "Injured"

On Munich and Paris:
Yeah tomorrow night. I'm surprised the scarf makers haven't cottoned on. A 50/50 Paris/Munich greif scarf would be a best seller at the swamp.

On the Charity Match:
Was there a charity game today to raise awareness for David Beckham's son?
Blatant act of nepotism but then again Beckham is all that is wrong with modern society.

Average footballer but good looking poster boy, the media will always put looks over talent.
It's in aid of charity and there going to be around 7 games which is good for those charities but mainly it's good for Beckem and keeping him in the public eye

I wonder about lots of our "supporters"

there are a lot of younger supporters I know. but also many glory hunters. They want instant success. The classic 'customers' that perhaps the business sees them as.

The players and managers represent us and the club is us the supporters not the assets the owners own.

There always will be a Manchester United so long as the supporters remain.

The powers that be at the swamp have been asked about security and the chance of an attack. Apparently the response was "With LBG in charge, the chances of an attack are as low as they've ever been".

A joke at the expense of any terror related incident, least of all a joke that loosely references one that happened so recently, is a pure shithouse move. It's not even a funny joke either ffs.

Considering the sheer elation and promise back in 2008 when they signed Robinho, when looking at it all together, it's amazing how little they've achieved since then.

They opine for Mancini.

Anyone replacing Mancini was going to have a tough task in terms of popularity but Pellegrini is definitely liked by the vast majority of match-going City fans. The fans chant for him is one of the most common ones used at games. Any manager who comes in and wins a league and cup in his first season while playing beautiful football is going to be well-received. If you go on Bluemoon you'll find Mancini's reputation is a big source of dispute and even in his time at the club plenty of fans on there were unhappy with him, yet his name was sung without fail every single game. There's a big difference between what you read on a fan forum and the reality of the situation.

How opinions change...

I cannot wait until this amateur manger feckoffs, no team shape, no tactics.

embarrassing from start to finish.

to bad he won't resign.

If Pellegrini is still in charge for the Carling Cup Final against the scouse, then we can safely say we will get thrashed in that game too. There is no hope with this useless old fart in charge of us.

Just get the top 4 and forget the disastrous reign of Manuel Pellegrini.

Typical spineless wankers. Been like this all season. Pep isn't going to get rid of 'Typical City' either, it's ingrained.

Pellegrini has surely got to be purposely ruining our season to get back at the club because no one is that fecking inept at a job.

I'm lost for words to describe how fecking shite he has made us. It's incredible. No wonder the press are all licking his arse now, they want the fraud to stay and ruin us even more.

I have never seen a manager be so arrogant and send a team out with so little preparation that the formation plays right into our opponents hands. He's done it against Liverpool, Leicester and Arsenal. The only sides we have beaten in the top 10 is Southampton and Watford. It is simply not good enough.

I'd sack him immediately and hope to temp someone like Rafa in on a short term basis.

Always blaming someone else...

The game's bent.
Fixed as feck.
F*** off Clattenberg
Silva needs time out of the team. Unlucky at the end, refs bent..pellegrini needs to go at them now. Yaya played well contrary to what ppl are saying
We haven't won anyone of any name this season, such a shit team.

Luckily, it's Rags who are "chasing" 4th place so we shouldn't feck it up enough to miss top 4.

Hopefully.
Thank god the rags lost yesterday. We'd be in trouble for a top 4 spot
Screwed over by the officials
Robbed.

We didn't deserve to lose that game.

I've said for a long time the game is fixed and today is yet more proof.

As for the winner, don't blame the defence, blame the fecking midfield for losing it so easily yet again and I can't be arsed naming the man either.

Fkn sick of inept referees and officials the fkn games bent
We need to start moaning and diving. Need to be on the refs fecking case every fecking time.
fecking robbed. Again. The amount of absolutely scandalous decisions against us this season is just fecking ridiculous
Missed the whole feckin match
Should boot him out the door now and let Kidd see out the season. I'm curious as to what would happen should we slip out of the top four. I doubt Guardiola would be too pleased to be taking over a side that's not competing in the Champions League.

Announcing his arrival was a car crash decision. Booted a manager out and yet he's still in the drivers seat. And quite frankly, a good number of players in that squad would benefit greatly from Guardiola not coming. That squad is far superior to any other out there in the league, yet it's putting in less of a shift now that many of their positions are at risk for next year.

It's quite simply a slap in the face to the fans the lack of effort.

Turning on Yaya...

On a none refereeing point, can we seriously stop playing Yaya now? The two behind him did their job excellently and we actually looked solid for once, but he did absolutely feck all. With the ball he was useless and his absolute refusal to press anyone means the opposition can always pass their way out. There is no way that one of our academy players would offer any less than he did today and has been offering for the past few weeks if not months. Kolarov can feck off as well.

Classy as usual...

I hope Clattenburg has a slow painful death

why did none of the city players go and celebrate with that young lad when he equalised? must be a right twat

I think he's a rag

It'd be great if their dressing room is like their fourm and all the players desperately try to outdo each other by hating United more. Everyone who misses a chance to slag us off gets called a 'rag' and gets dropped.

If that sounds ridicolous, remember Yaya moaning about not getting a cake.

It's all one be rag conspiracy.

Be grand, they'll win the league next year when Pep the messiah comes and signs them Messi.

Except Messi won't score on his debut, and they'll consider him a dirty rag cnut.

Meh, no worse than here yesterday, or us after any game loss. No where near as funny as the RAWK guys - they have a special ability to loose it yet still reach the conclusion they are going to win the league

... and all that without wishing death on anyone. :)

Heard there was a load of empty seats at the stadium again, any truth in it? If so that's the second massive top 4 title race game they haven't filled their stadium.

I said last week that their player are extremely weak minded. It's a problem I thing Pep might have trouble dealing with.

This thread is very amusing given the abuse heaped on United players, Manager and Chief Exec. by the exalted members of the Cafe.

 He said massive
