Firstly, and most importantly, I'll have you know Joe Hart is widely considered to be something of a heartthrob, so please retract your statement that implied otherwise.
Secondly, and less importantly, it does matter. Watch the video of Hart shouting at Oliver, Hart does not make any movement towards Oliver, he shouts at him and Oliver turns around without realising how close Hart was. Hart should possibly have received a yellow card for shouting at the ref but it's just silly if you think Oliver ignored an attempted headbutt on him. Di Maria on the other hand made an obvious and aggressive grab at Oliver's shirt, receiving an undeniably deserved second yellow. Apples and oranges.
It looked like Hart touched his head to Oliver's, letter of the law it should be a red. Ronaldo got a red for less.
