Bluemoon goes into Meltdown

That's pretty cringe from Kompany, but their fans'll love it.

I'll be sure to retweet it once they're knocked out.

Honestly, I cringed reading that. Love Kompany, but yeah, #UsAgainstTheWorld is just horrendous.

Couldn't believe how quiet the stadium was last night. I was there on a free ticket and it was shambolic. The fans are going crazy blaming the players and the manager but why do they show so little passion when the game is being played? There were about 3-4 moments where they managed to get a song going that had over 10% of people singing. It's crazy to see how dead the stadium considering they actually mustered up a decent sized crowd last night.

I know i'm bias and so are most of us but we are louder at our Capital One cup games....

They're just an embarrassment of a club. At what point do the owners think, 'you know what, we're not getting good value for this £1billion investment?' Perhaps they should have bought a different club.

The atmosphere is shite. Buy one get one free doesn't help with that but you shuuld be able to fill your stadium up and not resort to a BOGOF scheme. Newcastle, Leeds, Spurs all had a good crack at it and the stadium was bouncing on CL nights.

Somebody should show these fans how to do European nights, Old Trafford puts their place to shame in that sense. Always rocking back in the UCL days.

Yeah, I remember, a few years back, we were playing a dead rubber match against some team who I can't remember atm, and the atmosphere was fantastic that day. I believe about 70,000 were there that day. Fantastic stuff.

All this talk about Uefa and the ref cheating them out but no mention that Nasri could have got a red!

Also yes the probably should have had a pen at the end but both sending offs were fair, if the players tried and kept discipline then they would have won easy! Players don't care and its great to see. Nobody grows up with a desire to play for City, they're there because it's easy money and now they're bored! Toure being a great example, he's been a disgrace this season!

Best centre back in the league for the last how many years and gets the credit that deserves. In no way is he over-rated.
Best of a very bad bunch then, right? In fact it may be argued that last season a 33 years old Terry and the season before a 34 years old Ferdinand were better than him.

Kompany is good, but neither is a world class CB nor near the level of the likes of Ferdinand, Terry, Campbell or Carvalho at their best.

Lol, love the "thanks for the great support today" part.

Have a buy one get one free sale on tickets because they can't sell out a game regularly and still there is empty seats everywhere..

Oh, the ironing board...

Not to mention the irony of 'us against the world'; they'd be battling the likes of Huddersfield if it weren't for having every (unearned) advantage under the sun. If Kompany's hoping for a fair, level playing-field in football then he should look closer to home for the injustice he rails against.

Rubbish, he's one of the most overrated defenders in the league, I'm not saying he's bad, but he's nowhere near the level some place him at.
There have been many better players than him to play in the Premiership, in fact you could argue that he wouldn't feature in the top 5 teams of the premiership era.

‘Milner looked decent' - really? Clutching at straws much?

Of course they're clutching at straws. Did you not read this place after the weekend? Straw clutching all over.

And "again"? I rate him but he had a shocking derby.

'Again' doesn't necessarily mean he meant the derby.

Tonight's result makes me even angrier at Chris Smalling. We could've done this lot 11 vs 11. Trust me.

I don't trust you.
Bit like Brentan who knows how to play around with scousers.

This might come as a surprise to you, but all managers do it.

They should blame security and passport control on airport too, they made a mess about Tosic and his passport, story behind it is just pure gold,at the end they let him stay in England in some hotel till start of the game, after that he was not welcomed anymore or something like that.He would be in 1st XI and maybe they would win then.

Why, because people took positives from the game? Losing 1-0 away with 10 men isn't comparable to losing at home to CSKA in a must win game.

No they don't and nobody laps it up like you guys do.

Yes, they do. Did you read some of the stuff on here after the videos of Falcao when he first signed for you were released? Everybody laps that shite up and every opposition supporter laughs at them for it. It's hypocritical, but we're football supporters and that's our nature.

Football players' quotes about 'fan since childhood' , 'biggest club' have become bit cliche now but we are talking about Managers. Most of the people here are bore of LvG's philosophy bit for instance. Again, it doesn't mean supporters of this club are sane or something. Football supporters overall are bit tribal in nature and very biased towards their own but you guys are leaders of all in doing so ;)

I see you have started standing up for Man City/Bluemoon too with your multi quote replies. Are you the guy whose pic was posted last season here, the guy in City t-shirt of 'champions' but a Liverpool tattoo on leg? :D
