Bluemoon goes into Meltdown

You could argue that some of our top players haven't been at they're best either though. We still manage to get results, not crumble to 1-0 defeats away to teams like Sunderland.

I'd say we get those results because of the strength of our squad though, rather than the strength of our first 11. They'll always struggle more when their top players are in poor form as they have poor backup.

Anyway, I'd say they've had way more of their top players out of form this season than we've had. Hart, Kompany, Toure, Silva, Aguero and Tevez have all been way below their best this season, that's the spine of their team. I'd hate to think what we'd look like if DDG, Rio, Evra, Carrick, Rooney and RVP all had bad seasons...

To be honest I think only RvP, Rafael and Carrick have had great seasons. Our defence has been good recently but even when it was poor we were still winning games. We're much more of a team than them and have been able to grind out victories where they haven't. Their players also seem to have lost motivation this year after winning the league, I guess that comes from a mercenary squad. Apparently winning the first was supposed to be the easiest but they've been pretty shocking title holders.

Aye I know it looks comfortable for De Gea right now but it was barely two months ago that people were questioning his place in the side. Rio, Rafa, Evra, Rooney and RVP of late have been off the boil at one time or another.

Only completely consistent player has been Carrick.

Even though two months ago some were questioning De Gea, they were doing so because they are morons. The purported "mistakes" De Gea made were those two blocked shots that led to follow up chances that led to goals. In truth, every keeper on the planet gets put in that situation from time to time amd those goals happen. It was De Gea's bad luck they happened in back to back games, making him an easy target. In truth, De Gea has had a fantastic season, easily the keeper of the season in the English prem.

Pisscan has achieved much during his tenure at the swamp, thats undeniable, he has NOT however achieved or earned the respect of 99% of football supporters across the country because he has no class, he cannot bear the fact that Manchester City are in the mix once again and that we absolutely hammered the rags in thier own swamp, a crushing defeat that he presided over.
Gracious in victory and magnanamous in defeat he will never be where MCFC are concerned, thats because we are back and however you cut it those rag **** fear us now like never before. The rag supporters are the same, and mirror Pisscans behavoir, they will never have the core support we have always had, they will never have the football savy supporters we have or the class to take a defeat on the chin and move on as we do. They will never earn the respect of the football league like we have.

Most of all, whatever happens in the future, neither he nor those vacuous, plastic, glory hunting, clueless shitbags they call support will EVER forget that they were put to the sword on that day at the swamp and that 1 - 6 scoreline will haunt them for eternity!

We are class and we are the pride of Manchester Blues. Thats never going to change.. Theres nothing the rags can do about that and they hate us for it.

**** em!!

Seriously RAWK looks an excellent forum compared to this.

Is it really? I mean at least he's not being delusional and spouting malarkey about Ferguson being the ring leader of a nation wide epidemic of footballing corruption.

They are back?

Wouldn't that imply they were somewhere to begin with in the first place?

They will always be bitter cnuts moaning about United in some manner. That's one thing that will never change.

Forever in our shadow.

I was thinking along the same lines, where exactly are they back to? Where they ever a challenger for the title during SAF reign?

They're on a new level of bitterness from RAWK; their football forum consists of about 40% United based threads

the class to take a defeat on the chin and move on as we do

Exactly. That's why Bluemoon is down or locked every time City lose - City fans have moved on to The Shed End.

Will they go back to supporting Chelsea?

Or do we reckon they might move on to PSG?

Exactly. Also, it is almost impossible finding a poster in Bluemoon calling United or United supporters in a non-offensive term, we are Rags and this site is called ragcafe.

I also like the way they think that City is in transition. Someone who doesn't watch football would think that they have won a lot of titles during the last few years and now they are changing the players, where the truth is that most of these players haven't been here three years ago. Calling United supporters glory hunters from them is ludicrous, considering that only 2 years ago there probably were not more than 100k supporters of City in the world (most likely less). And my favorite, is when they say that we have bought titles, forgetting that they are the team which has spent most money in Premier League.

Is it really? I mean at least he's not being delusional and spouting malarkey about Ferguson being the ring leader of a nation wide epidemic of footballing corruption.

RAWK is very deluded and posts are very melodramatic, but Bluemoon is more a hate United site, than a City forum. The most of posters there looks genuinely deluded idiots. I think that I could be a RAWK poster if I want, but I doubt that I could post in Bluemoon. They sincerely look that have mental problems.

They've already started living in the past. Not even the past where they won the league but the past where they prevented us from doing so. To be that smalltime must take a lot of coming to terms with.

Most of what was said there is not too dissimilar to an Eulogy... May the S*itty RIP then! Or not?...given the bitterness shown. Never quite in peace with defeat it seems

Without United, their existence is meaningless. Their (fans') ultimate support of their club depends on how successful we are. Yes, forever in our shadow!

As of this moment all they are is Blackburn in the 90s. Scraped one title on the last day of the season, got embarrassed in Europe, completely failed to defend their title.

Claiming to have earned the respect of the rest of the league is pretty delusional.

I still think that's just their inferiority complex speaking. I mean, to claim that the league is corrupt, Ferguson pays off Howard Webb, Sky Sports is in on it...THAT is delusional.

I suppose it is easier to be a Rawkite. Just speak in proverbs and end your statements with YAWN. The posters on Bluemoon do seem like they have several screws loose upstairs. They seem like the type that would drown their kids in a tub.

Is there an IT reason as to why they have so little posts per page? It's terrible for browsing.

Probably to have more pages in a thread. Their number of members is pretty low compared to other football forums (like redcafe or RAWK) so the only way to look big is to have only 5 posts in a page.

fecking Simpleton Central that place!

City at full strength should be far too good for the rags.
However, do not underestimate the pro rag officials, they will be out to help the rags anyway they can. A few early bookings for us will take the edge off our game and any close offside decisions will go against us......Maybe a coming together a la Rooney will be over looked.....you can nearly hit the back of the net at OT and it won`t be given - ask Spurs...
Even so we should still win, they`ll be shitting themselves.

we're are gonna kill them, I

I think that if (when) we win next Monday we'll send the rags on a spiral of poor form. They'll draw away to Stoke and West Ham, by which time we've reduced the gap from 15pts down to 8. They'll then lose to Arsenal and Chelsea and on the final day the gap will be 2pts.

With them panicking, they'll draw away to West Brom and we'll win the 9th game on the trot, leaving the rags once again distraught on the final day of the season!

That last quote marks the first time I've seen any humour from them...the famously-humorous Man City fans. It is meant to be a joke, yeah?

Did anyone else remembered a certain post from RAWK when he read that last post from Irwin?

So that's what it takes for them to win the league? Man it makes me feel so much better, because chance of ALL those things happening is close to nil.

Ha, yeah. And also the earlier quote posted by Revan: '...Theres nothing the rags can do about that'. :D

After the derby win for city reducing the lead to 12 pts, you would have thought at bluemoon they just won the league!

I personally believe the League table doesn't reflect things. We've played better football than United this season, key factors have worked against us. City have been better this season, Mancini was right.

If we only played like that this whole season this season would have be a wrapped up long time ago..

You could see from Furgie’s interview last night, his body language showed that the result was eating at his stomach like an alien waiting to burst out. He knows that City are a better team, he knows that City are going to go from strength to strength but his main problem besides whisky is self denial, and can’t admit to himself that they were fair and squarely beaten and that’s why he had a gripe against Tevez interfering with play. Very poor sportsman considering his so called glowing passed record of achievements. As far as Mancini is concerned, his relaxed demur and composure was there for all to see, a very professional interview and that will also eat at Mr Furgie.

Seriously, how are United 12 points clear?

I would have gladly lost the derby if it meant having a 12pt lead. Those spoiled glory hunting twats have absolutely no backbone or character - most of them support United because of the constant guarantee of success but even that isn't enough for them. The plague of football fandom.

I wonder if anyone on RedCafe updated their thread on "City +20 Pts League Title" so that they could still feel like they had something to play for and keep the season interesting.

I did update the +20 pts thread, we're 8 pts behind

Yeah, I'm sure SAF struggled to sleep last night because Mancini was relaxed and composed in his interview :wenger:

According to the blue moon mentality, we should concede the title then, seeing now they have won the cup last night!

I agree! SIr Alex had probably been staying up all night trying to figure out how to win back the league his season. What an uphill battle!:lol:

The two teams that knocked them out are through to the UCL semis.

Does this count as a trophy?
