For a hard-up club yes. But Blackburn still have plenty of Jack Walker's dosh swimming around so I don't think it will be as easy as you make it out to be.

TBH, the duff or sas potential buy is the least worrying of them all, in reality I doubt either one of them would be happy to accept just a squad role

I'm happy to hear this news. Blanc's experience and his reading of the game can benefit us a lot. Now we can start to concentrate on finding a new CB to partner with him, preferably someone quick and hard who can compliment him.
