He's not the only one who can take on a player. Remember Hazard came from that league too, so they are out there. Hazard is head and shoulders above Silva plus he has the goal scoring ability. Dembele,Mbappe are all far better players

You was linked to Fabinho the most out of all the Monaco players, seems likely you'll get him. You've just axed all your full backs sort from Kolarov, you need a LB and I think Mendy will be that player. Those are the only 3 players I can see Monaco selling this summer and you'll have bought them all, quite the coup!

I can't think of many other natural wide players who are able to use their pace and trickery to beat their man on a regular basis.
Thought he was fun to watch for Monaco against City but I can't say he's the sort of player we need. We have plenty of attacking midfielders (even if he's perhaps a bit better). We need proper back ups for Herrera and Pogba. We need a goal scorer to help up top. We probably need a centre back. His position is no where near the priorities.

City seemingly have no problem spending loads of money every summer. That FFP has turned out to be a real success.
