Welcome to the team Bastian.
Great to have you.
Great to have you.
Fingers crossed, I don't want him any more if it is.As long as it's not Phil Collins.
That's the correct one?
Only if he records the sploshJesus, the world has gone insane. What's next, is he going to tweet from a toilet saying 'my first dump as a Man Utd player'?

It is a dream come true to play for us. Any other club they are lying.I hope all who are devastated when our players leave for RM and claim it's a dream come true can at least see now by the latest that other players leaving a big club say the same upon joining us. Standard really.
@DomesticTadpole
Go on. Give it a go. You know you want to.For some reason i cannot get excited about this transfer. Would much rather have Schneiderlin.
More bloody headphones.

He is going to be jet lagged and tired. This morning in Germany, this evening in Manchester and tomorrow in LA.
I thought it was LA. Well somewhere on the west coast of America.Seattle right?
For some reason i cannot get excited about this transfer. Would much rather have Schneiderlin.
We sign one of the worlds best midfielders and you are not excited...For some reason i cannot get excited about this transfer. Would much rather have Schneiderlin.
Bit ignorant post. The reaction from Bayern fans and also some media outlets in Germany is rather strange but also funny.
Everyone trying to blame someone else. Pep, Sammer, Rummenigge, the club.
Seems they just cannot accept that a player from FC Bayern has the ambition to play somewhere else. It's been quite common knowledge that Basti wanted to play abroad at some point. Seems too hard to accept for some Bayern fans though.
United might need Schneiderlin and thats a different story but how can a United fan not be excited when we sign one of the worlds best midfielders? Its Bastian-fecking-Schweinsteiger!Yes I agree, United need Schneiderlin, irrespective of getting Bastian.
Bit ignorant post.
It isn't like they didn't know, but we're talking about the loss of a club legend, it is only natural that there will be a lot of feelings around it.
If Scholes ever left united for another club then I wouldn't take it easily, even if he had flirted with the idea over many years.
There's a difference about beeing hard felt and actually trying to blame someone for things nobody is at fault for. The situation is clear enough and Bayern fans are delibaretly beeing ignorant. Schweinsteiger wanted a new challenge. Of course Bayern could have tried to convince him a bit harder but they said from the beginning that they would respect his wish.
The only way this is explainable is, that many Bayern fans are not liking Pep's way in general and the loss of Schweinsteiger is oil for their fire.

Yeah, I thought the signing of Alonso at the time was a bit strange and might have helped push Bastian awayI think Pep has helped in Bastis decision to leave tbh, just my opinion though
You're making it sound like an invasion. He is now out of Germany and over Belgium. Getting closer
It may as well be.You're making it sound like an invasion.
We are definitely having an invasion of new players. It may as well be.
Where's Dad's Army when you need them?Don't worry, he'll never get past the Maginot Line.
