Ayden Heaven | 2024/25 Performances

I really like him as a player. Strong, decently quick and has good spatial awareness in the box. He's just 18 as well, he can get much better.

Looks promising, and for the price we paid you can't ask for much more. Good to have another option there with Martinez out for the forseeable

Heavenly performance.

A bit nervous and standoffish but pretty good for a PL debut. Good size, courage and ability on the ball too it looks like.

Very promising. The type of business we've all wanted so credit where it's due should he come good

Outstanding
What a bargain at 1.5m.
Just think of his effect on PSR if he gets sold for 30m at the end of the season.

But seriously impressive coming in and performing like this with zero experience at this level.

Good performance. He's composed which you'd expect everyone in a club like United to be but it really hasn't been the case for a while. It's great to see a young player look unfazed at CB for a club with this amount of scrutiny.

Definitely seems like he fits that 3-4-3 system as one of the centre backs who moves into midfield positions when we’re on the front foot.

Might be looking too much into this, but I assume martinelli has come up against him a few times in training. When the ball was bouncing, martinelli (who is quite tenacious as a player) wasn’t even trying to get the ball, like he knew heaven would win it.

His confidence since coming in has been a pleasant surprise.

Not easy for a young cb to come into this United team and perform to a decent level.

He should be ahead of Lindelof in the pecking order.
Amorim is definitely looking for something specific out of his defenders. To me, De Ligt would be better as the central defender and Lindelof on the right. I think Heaven will only play LCB.

He's 18 but composed. Very good performance though I was scared about that situation where he controlled the ball with his hands in our box. Thankfully no penalty was given.

Really impressive. Has silky touch but strong and fast. As he's still so young, he could be developed into a DM.

You can tell he’s technically good by how comfortable Bruno was at firing tricky passes at him in tight spaces. He actively avoids passing to some of our centre backs, even when they’re in space so he clearly trusts the lad.

Decent start.

I hope we can have a summer where we're not buying a new CB for once. It's the one area we're well stocked.

He's better than Lindelof already. He should get all of his minutes.

If it works out, we could have a very good back three for the next 8 years.

Yoro - DeLigt - Heaven

Needs to control his hands a bit more - it may cost us in an European game against Spanish opponents. Other than that, he was flawless
