Australia vs India

Dodgy cricket umpiring has always been part of the game, it's hardly like this test match is anything out of the ordinary. The ICC were wrong to drop Buchnor and I think it sets a very dangerous precedent that's going to become increasingly hard to follow. What's now to stop every team doing the same if an umpire gets a few wrong?

his "few" decisions against India date back to 1992 and if i list every single one of them then it would be long list.

good that cuntting twat fecked off.

Like I said, all umpires make mistakes, it's part of the game. Every other team has had their fair share of bad calls, yet we all put up with it. I think India were childish and unsporty to ask for him to be dropped.

its like uriah rennie giving a wrong penalty against man utd every other game constantly over a long period of time*

*slightly exaggerated

Quite

Let's get a sense of balance. No Indian writing or broadcasting from Sydney mentioned that replays showed Sachin Tendulkar was out leg-before when he was in the twenties. He added roughly the same number of runs that Symonds did after being reprieved when he was first out.

There's a difference between a fecking lbw and a blatant attempt to cheat, missing the fact that the bat was a yard away from the ball, not having the eyes to see whether the catch was grounded, missing an obvious edge that everyone around the ground heard and not being able to see that a foot in not on the damn line.

The level of spasticity here is quite amazing.Accept that he was a shit umpire, which is pretty much what the whole world knows. He was deservedly removed from the Test. The ICC should never have waited for the Indian board to lodge a complaint...just do it yourself you silly idiots

are you accusing buchnor of cheating?
sorry I don't buy into that at all

and where was the grounded catch which they gave out?

and buchnor magically went into the third umpire box and pressed the not out button did he?

fecking hell, he had a very bad game in terms of two or three decisions.
Soon you'll blame him for the holocaust

They had to remove Bucknow because his every decision was going to get scrutinized from now on. He basically had to get every one correct in next test or there would be a controversy again. No point fueling an already tense situation.

I think Bucknor was responsible for the holocaust. The Jew and Indian hating twat.

I basically listed the things which are decisions which you expect an umpire to give 10 times out of 10.LBW decisions are generally something which you don't expect them to get right all the time, and they don't.Where'd I say anything about Bucknor?I've spewed my hatred to that dislikeable sleepy idiot in other posts which you're most welcome to read.

Clarke grounded a catch which Benson gave out.

And no Bucknor doesn't know magic.

And he didn't have 'a' bad game, he's been having howlers for ages.Happened to Shepherd near the end of his career too.Why employ these old bats anyway?Chug them off to retirement homes when they touch 55 or something.

It is very low on you, what has my mom to do with this discussion? Mind your language. I know insulting is allowed on this forum and I do it too, but there is absolutely no need to drag my family into this.

What's happened to the WACA? I remember the square boundaries being over 100 yards on either side.

Oh and Jaffer needs to grow some balls. At least, take guard outside the crease, ffs. This is the third time he's been caught on the crease off Lee and got out.

I've thought that he has what it takes to be a regular test opener. Technique and temperament are alright but fecking hell, he needs to show some guts.

It's a proper test pitch too. True bounce, ball coming on and good carry to the keeper.

It's the kind of surface I would have liked to see all the younger players like Yuvraj, Jaffer, Karthick play and gain experience. Don't think there's much to lose in the series anyway.

Replays suggest the ball was quite high. No doubt Asad Rauf will now be dropped from international umpiring as well as being jailed for life.

Threw it away in the end.

297/6.

It's amazing how many bad calls Sachin have got in last year or so.

The BCCI will now scream for Asad's ouster from the panel. The Indian media will cry foul, and gloat about the money power of India. They will demand a judicial inquiry. The ICC will cave in and there may be a law suit against Asad.
