The LMA have created a new award, based on the recent transfer market activity of Kinda442butnotreally FC manager Sjor Bepo.

Despite a comprehensive victory in his last outing, Bepo took a long walk up to the chairman’s office armed with a checkers board and some lines of dialogue from popular Denzel Washington movie Training Day.

Bepo allegedly proceeded to lay the checkers out in a calm and polite manner that impressed the chairman, only for Bepo to wipe all the pieces of the board exclaiming “ This Shit is chess it ain’t checkers!” In his best LA accent.

Confused by what this meant, Bepo told the chairman he was about to lose out on several hundreds of millions, but that it would all be worth it in the end. Asked if before he left the office, he could pick up the checkers pieces he had scattered everywhere, Bepo quipped “those mean nothing to me now”

In light of all of this, the LMA have decided to make Sjor Bepo the inaugural winner of the “complete fecking arsehole zero loyalty” award. He is also being considered for a seperate new accolade, that will be awarded online via poll and entitled the “You don’t know what you’re doing” award.

Still on the bright side you have sold Souness, Dalglish and Rush, and must be feeling much less dirty now.
 
Rivaldo was a great buy at 50m.

I think Sammer at 60m takes the prize though, probably the most undervalued player in the game (when other comparable defenders are listed at 100m and 120m).
