@Edgar Allan Pillow for reinforcements, is it 1 player per round only? Normally Quarter Finals we allow 2 reinforcements, don’t we?

Is it possible to ask another manager or neutral to do my business of sales and bids for me? I’m assuming I’ll probably miss the start of reinforcements for my schedule.
