Will he remain as his assistant?
Will he leave and search for a managerial role elsewhere?
Will he join Carragher, Rednapp and co as pundit?

Your thoughts?

I think he'll either manage the reserves or search for a managerial role elsewhere.

I think he is too proud to you know start from the bottom

His long football career + SAF/LVG contacts will probably land him a better job than a Championship team.

Giggs as a pundit would be just a sad sight. I hope he'll stay even if in different role than assistant. It'll be up to Jose, anyway.

One or the other:

A) Giggs leaves his job.

B) Mourinho's Mrs is kept away from all club-related dinners and celebrations.

He's a 1 club type of former player/coach (ie he had been barely been exposed to different successful types of football) so if I was him I wouldn't totally ridicule this option, especially considering what happened to Gaz at Valencia

He should leave. If he believes he's worthy of the United job then surely he will go manage elsewhere.

That depends on Giggs and the club. Some people might not respect him but the players will. He's a valuable cog to have and is one of the last remaining that worked for so long with Sir Alex.

He can stop being demonised on here for plans and schemes that posters claim he is a part of.

Most players weren't here when Giggs was still a quality player

Indeed. I miss Gary's TV analysis and hilarious exchanges with Carra but can Giggs do the same job and feel comfortable enough ?

He seem very calm but still his knowledge and intelligence would let him easily make some great points every week.

Giggs has got no chance without prior experience.

Where though? It would be a massive punt, just look at the calibre of manager that wants to come to even the relegation battling Premier League clubs at the moment.

Could he have beaten out Ranieri for the Leicester job, Benitez for the Newcastle job?

That's a good point.
I doubt any EPL team would hire him as manager.
Which makes it all the more bizarre that some people think he is good enough to manage the biggest club in the EPL. Illogical.

And I think that after Jose arrives, Giggs will be shifted to another role or he will seek a managerial role elsewhere.

Should go the Championship and get a team promoted. That would show something and would surely be easier to begin with than starting off in the PL. Can't see why any PL team would take a chance on him unless they were just looking for the publicity.

Please feck off and not return until he has proved his coaching aptitude elsewhere.

He will record a dubstep album, and travel the world doing concerts.

With Giggs and Faria both on the same bench the Cnut factor will be off the charts.

Wouldnt happen though, Mourinho will get rid of him at the first chance he gets.
