Hey folks, just wondering if someone can help me. I’ve been struggling to use this for the last few days. 99% of the time I’m getting “access denied, sorry you can’t view that page” message and no matter how many times I’ve refreshed or back up, it doesn’t go away. It’s happening on both my iPad and iPhone. I’m not banned obviously because I managed to get through now and I’ve never said anything inappropriate on here or got into any arguments. I mostly come on here to read other people’s comments and opinions.
I don’t know if this is a site wide issue or if it’s just my account. I have taken screenshots of what I’m seeing most of the time, and I’m happy to share with whoever can help me. Thanks in advance
I've got the same issue, but only on my iPad. I can log access the site on my android phone.
 
Hi.. locked out of Redcafe on my phone (IPhone).

Press forgotten password option and says it’s sent an email to reset but nothing comes through.

(I’m sending this via IPad. Never had issue both being open at same time)
I suppose you checked your spam and you can see other mail come into the account?
 
I wasn't able to login for around a week until about an hour ago. It said the server was down, and those "isitdown" type of sites all said that it wasn't just me.

I don't know if it was the case in this situation but that does happen when you go to the http version of the caf rather than https

Do you use Gmail? If so, check the other folders too. This has happened to me where it’s gone into Socials, Promotions, updates etc but doesn’t show up in all folders or primary. Also check ‘bin’ not just spam

 
I have been experiencing an issue with the player performance threads for a while.

If I click on '' View all threadmarks '' the following message appears on the page: '' Oops! We ran into some problems. Please try again later. More error details may be in the browser console. ''

This happens regardless of the specific player thread i'm clicking on or if it's the current season or an older one.

I can still of course, search for the performance I want to see the comments on a number by number of the page basis but the '' view all '' feature used to be really helpful.
 
Any reason why my iPad says I’m not allowed access and refers me to homepage, which I also don’t have access to?
Phone & PC are fine…
