That is something I will never understand from the Juventus side. Is Vidal a very good player? You bet he is. Is he anywhere near the greats like Zidane, Cannavaro, Thuram, and others who left? It is very debatable. For the life of me, I can't understand why they are making such a meal while I'm not quite sure I remember United fans and oldies making a scene when Becks, Ruud and Cristiano were all about to leave for Madrid. Juve fans better not lecture us on being scared when a top players leaves; we have been there a few times already.

Unless you count Nasri but again, that was agent-related and SAF obviously told him to get fecked.

He's being pushed into the photo by the fella on the top left. Look at those eyes TMH, he's gritting his teeth, obviously uncomfortable, probably a little gassy and his eyes display a deep and emotional turmoil. Looking at the evidence, it's clear he wants out.
 
Without hint of being ITK, my theory is that United and Juv are exploring a transfer with the sticking point being Vidals knee. United don't want a crock, Juv don't want their player labelled a crock so it's all happening behind the scenes so nobody loses faith... I'll keep telling myself this until Aug 31st....

Oh God, that's actually his plan isn't it? He's wearing them down. This transfer is one big battle of attrition.

Either Marotta and Allegri will cave from the pressure all these rumours are putting on the squad and know they need time to bring in replacements. Or Vidal will give in and force the move out after being worn down by Ed's ruthlessly persistent endurance.
