The Juve board obviously don't want to upset their fan base by saying that they won't sell unless Vidal wants to leave, while Vidal has mentioned on many instances that he's happy to stay (while obviously hoping for a transfer as he hasn't dismissed the rumors outright despite the chance to do so on so many occasions)

You would think it would be far more beneficial to just pay an extra £10 million get the transfer done and give him a pre season. It really doesn't matter if we're overpaying (seen as we have for the last 4 or 5 transfers we've made anyway).
