It's probably been covered before but is there any significance to the fact some players are wearing bibs with regards to the possible starting 11?

Maybe it's to distinguish two different teams on a training match?
That's what I was getting at, a training match involving the potential starting 11 and those not starting. An attack vs defense exercise is probably more likely though I suppose.

A lot of coaches would at some point during training have the first XI up against the rest with the rest set-up as the upcoming opposition and replicating their style.
