Fair enough if hes told the club hes staying but Im sure their fans would love to hear the news and all this uncertainty would be doing him any favors in the short term. I’ve mentioned it many times...he really does have loyalty for the club and as much as going to Barca would benefit his career, it would hurt him knowing he did so. That’s not weak that’s a player with a heart.
Obviously there’s a chance he still might but you can tell it’s really bothering him as he’s yet to make up his mind. Going to Barca would be the easy way out for him. Staying at Atletico would be one foot in one foot out as he knows he won’t win much. Going to United may not be his preferred destination but if made would be the bigger man type of move leaving Spain and everything to do with it behind. Honestly speaking, that is what he has to decide on. Can’t be mad at him for whichever he chooses but you can see the dilemma he’s in.

Agree with this, if he was leaving then it would be a separate entity and not coupled in with the French team presser. Defo think it will be decided before the World Cup as the team doesn't need the constant distraction from press trying to get a scoop on were his future lies instead of the focus being on the national team.
