Guesswork and pure speculation I think. Although £46m wouldn't be such a bad deal to be honest. Release clauses get a bit messy judging by Herrera a couple years back though. Probably too late and I'm not sure he'd want to leave Atleti just now. They look very good.
I would forgive everything that has gone badly this summer if we sign him tomorrow.
I hardly doubt they'll sell him when they can't use that money to replace him.
