Obviously, yes, but after last season, it's not unusual to see these overreactions. After being trusted early on, Martial was never able to become a regular starter again after that, no matter how well he played. He's had a good preseason, did well in our preseason game against Real and today's game was screaming for a player like him because we couldn't beat anybody down the flanks. Yet, he still didn't come in and some are already seeing a continuation of what happened for the most part of last season.
I'll wait and see, but the Martial-Lingard situation could end Jose's spell here in the long-term. If it does, I'd rather still have Martial at the club though and not have him become disgruntled.
I agree though, we should wait and see and not overreact right now.
