it's usually the first goal in Animal Crossing to get every fruit so you can grow more hahaDifferent fruits sell for 5x the regular amount, so take some!

It's not the very highest but turnip prices are 410 bells on my island if anyone wants to sell.
Got about 900,000/1m bells in tips just from around 10 people on Reddit, can't imagine how much people with prices above 500 get

Shame I was working, as I couldn't really take advantage and let anyone else visit.
Yeah, some people actually request tips or entry fees before letting people on, but I didn't ask for any I just thought I'd let people leave anything if they wanted to.
Makes me wonder how much those on Reddit with prices above 600 get when you see them get about 300 comments in 10 minutes

When they were going for 424 on my island I made 5m in tips. Was madness.
How did you sort out letting people on? Just sending your dodo code to a few people at a time, or put it out for a free for all? I feel like with that much letting everyone on at once would be a right pain with the "Someone on their way/leaving" messages.
Gave it to four people at a time. The constant cutscenes were very annoying though

Does anyone seem to get loads of presents from balloons? I've had the game open about an hour and I've had about five. I seem to get quite a lot in a short space of time quite often.
Turnips are 100 bells each this morning, so I bought 3000. I didn't want to fill my inventory slot up completely, so that's a good amount if I manage to sell for ~550 each
My five year old is really getting in to this now.

Yep. Make sure to hit all six rocks every day to get the iron and clay you’ll need.

I'm struggling a bit for motivation now I've had the main event I like having specific goals but the racoon just keeps telling me to "live my best life"

Yeah they’re going to need to keep adding stuff. There are still things I can catch but it sounds like effort. Took someone 300 fish bait to catch a mahi mahi.
I managed to catch one within my first 6 attempts. My wife still hasn't got one though, so I must have just been very lucky.

Improving your town through terraforming is a good source for motivation, I've been moving houses, building canals, creating bridges, walling the town. It's all in disarray atm but I reckon it'lll look good in a few weeks.
I was too busy to play it this weekend so I ended up spoling my turnips and missing the turnip lady. Still haven't managed to actually sell any turnips so far l0l cuz the price has never been above 140 bells.
According to turnip prophet I might hit 600 in turnips being bought this week.
I've been doing a little terraforming, the mechanism is a little annoying though. I've got the dirt path license now and apparently flowers grow there so my next project is an allotment type area to try and get some hybrid flowers. Do you get different bugs on the hybrid ones?

I’ve been assuming Flick was a girl for some reason.
Only realised today if you keep bugging the person in your campsite they will eventually agree even if your island is full. Only thing is they ask to swap with someone and Resident Services keep suggesting Sherb so I said feck that.
Luckily Flurry asked about leaving the island so I've encouraged that. Hate her.

Is there any quick way to get those damn iron nuggets? Feel like I can do feck all til I get all 30 but right now I get 2, maybe 3 a day max from the rocks and then have to stop playing til the next day.
If you've got the miles for it go to one of the mystery islands, the general stuff on them is usually naff unless you get incredibly lucky but they usually have a few rocks think I went to 2 or 3 when trying to build the shop
Those who have bred hybrid flowers, I've just designed 4 5x5 flower garden plots with a nice pond in the middle, however the online guides of where to plant your normal flowers to best encourage hybrids dont seem that consistent? If the flowers breed and the one produced is not a hybrid, can I just dig it up, water the originals again and then I get another chance or would I need to dig them all up as my chance will have "gone?" Eg can flowers just keep breeding as long as you clear the space or do you need to start the whole thing all over again?
I had a similar experience, they suggested Beardo who I talk to quite often instead of the four I'm currently ignoring. I even ignored Leonardo on his birthday.
I've got Raymond moving in tomorrow though, seems to a meme character so it'll be interesting to see if I'll end up liking or hating him.
