They don't look particularly great. The great Dutch talents are Ihatteren, Gravenberch, and Unuvar. They're in that 2002-2003 generation.
Gomes came on for the last 15 minutes of the u20 match. Looked really good and you can easily see how much better his technical ability is compared to everyone else on the pitch. More impressive when the camera angle is a bit closer to the pitch as opposed to it being from the usual distance overhead.
Seriously what is the managers beef with Angel Gomes? He was one of the most impressive players in pre-season and has further impressed in the youth games too. He has also attracted interest from clubs such as Barcelona and has an expiring contract and yet our manager still doesn't feel the need to give him game time despite our lack of quality in areas Gomes excels in.

He needs to get out. We don't have any interest in playing a technical style of football that will be suited to players like him. And thats why he will be out of his place in this team even he got minutes in the cup.

I didn't think the match against Leicester was the right game for him to come on. It would be a very hard task for him to change anything, and if Gomes isn't able to impact anything then there is no point of playing him. If he can get on the ball easily, you should absolutely play him. He should have gotten minutes against Wolves and Palace.
I don't get it, why are people so anxious if he leaves anyway? I've seen people say that even Pogba can leave if we are able to replace him, so why the hysteria around someone of much lesser quality?
