Ange Postecoglou

He’s broken for sure, but if it was a United manager in his position the questions would all be about if he’s up for the job- does he think he’ll get sacked.
He won’t worry , knows he has United at home next week, so 3 points and he’s back as a great boss.

Don't think Ange will get sacked right now. Game against United in 7 days, few important players coming back for that (plus few more by the end of February) so he'll be given more time. Not sure if he's Spurs manager next season but seems likely he is for remainder of this one.

The whole hangdog constantly hungover depressive Aussie stick is incredibly tiresome, as is his overly-defensive snapping at reporters. Will be glad to see the back of him from the Premier League

I think losing to United next Sunday will be a sacking offence . But I can see us been beaten and spurs fans angry they won

Spurs couldn’t be facing a better team to be playing bar Southampton perhaps

Further evidence that it is wise to take a longer view on managers instead of going on their first 6 months at any club.

They look completely shot. The way he plays is great when it's going well but it's suicide a lot of the time.

Amazed they haven't pulled the trigger yet.

Having said all that, I've a horrible feeling they will get a result against us.

If we beat them I think they'll sack him.

Heavily used defence on Redcaf last season

Just as many, if not more said it wasn't an excuse, and we should have been adapting the style to the players fit and available, rather than persisting with something that clearly wasn't working.

I'd be cautious taking the piss at this current time. There's a real possibility they beat us this weekend with such a depleted squad.

Its more than a possibility, Ange has our number and I am not sure United have beaten him under his tenure.

Can see us losing that game.

Does it really matter in the context of his future at Spurs though?

They fell off a cliff after just 10 games last season, well before any injury crisis had set in.

The guy just isn't good enough. Us being absolutely shite is neither here nor there.

It’s inevitable they’ll pull the trigger before Sunday and get a nice little bounce with a few players returning from injury. Always happens when a struggling team faces us. That said Spurs will probably beat us in their current state anyway.

Not sure it's inevitable. They're in a similar situation to us last season, and I can't see anyone wanting to step in as permanent manager until the summer.

They're not going down, and are still in the Europa League. The gamble is basically whether they think a change could win them that trophy.
