He would have cost a bit more than Lukaku and Morata even if Torino decided to negotiate his release clause to be paid in installments. Lukaku has a good record over several seasons while Morata has experience playing in CL and two big clubs. Belotti seems like he can be as good if not better judging by comments from regular viewers though.
