You don't understand the difference in trying to find Positives in our own players performances than being hell bent on proving he's shit?
Two sides of the same feckery. Both will make you see what isn't there.

He played one good pass to Valencia. Mata scored and laid on our only other chance. As an attacker he did his job. Herrera hasn't. We were completely overrun in midfield for most of the game and barely passed the ball in the opening 25 minutes. It's Herrera's job to get the ball to our attacking players and he failed for the most part.Mata Was lucky with the goal. He did nothing else in the game. Herrera has been more involved and played a couple of brilliant passes.
Fellaini did absolutely nothing, I know you like to praise him more than others but he was completely invisible today. Valencia is having good game but he is hardly visible either.

Oh right. Then he wasn't part of a midfield missing in action for most of the half then.He also played a very good pass to Martial.
Jesus wept.

What exactly Fellaini did in this game apart from his aerial presence, please do enlighten me?
He wasn't part of a midfield dominated by Bournemouth? He wasn't, he had more passes and touches than anyone else by a mile. He can't keep the possession all by himself.
Been defensively good and solid. Done his job very well.
Yeah it is to an extent, not in this case though. Bitterness toward our own players is far worse than viewing them favourably. You said there's people that want to prove they're right about a player and letting it cloud what they are actually see on the pitch. That's happening on the other side of the coin too.
DominatedHe wasn't part of a midfield dominated by Bournemouth?
Yeah, I get that, in a team that was good as a whole defensively. What else?

Opening 25 minutes we barely played a pass. That's a bit extreme.
Primary school level of debating there. Well done.Having pretty shit to average second half but we are dominating so can't blame him, right @acnumber9 ?

It really wasn't. I don't think he did his job in the first half and I don't think he was particularly good in the second either. What is it that he did particularly well today?Well, that was your logic for the first half, don't blame me.
It happened. In 25 minutes our midfield had barely passed the ball.Dominated by Bournemouth, I've heard it all.
I agree. I hope this is remnants of Van Gaal's 'philosophy'. He never stroke me like a safe type of player in his first season. He was good but plays the ball backwards or sideways too many times
