Trying to decide which way I want to go with my first pick. Hmm.

Maybe I'll just blindly wing it like last time. I'll save my strategy for the football drafts.

Poor MJJ. Everyone is being so mean to him. But we all know who he's going to pick now..

Considered Imran Khan but the fact is he wasn't that good in ODI's as he was good in test matches.

Get used to this. Snake drafts can be brutal in terms of waiting times. This hasn't been too bad yet, but wait until people forget to leave their picks with someone and are gone all day.
I did some quick maths, but if each team uses up their full quota of 8 hours per player, we are looking at 64 days of drafting. :annoyed:.
Please tell me it ain't so...!

I guess it will be avg. 1 day per round so 12 days.

I would only have 1 or 2 allrounders on par with him in ODIs. If you compare his bowling with some of the players that have already been picked:-

Ave Econ SR
Wasim- 23.52 3.89 36.2
McGrath-22.02 3.88 34.0
Donald- 21.78 4.15 31.4
Waqar- 23.84 4.68 30.5
Imran- 26.61 3.89 40.9

Dont think you can say he is a significantly a lesser bowler while his batting is a major bonus.

He's definitely a legend and should definitely have been picked in the first round. I think what KM what was trying to say is that his records in tests are probably more superior than in ODI's. Mani and me came across another player who was an absolute legend in tests, but didn't quite cut it in ODI's.

Good to see Donald having a better average and strike rate than Wasim and McGrath

Yeah just making a point that he was still great in ODIs :D

He is one who I feel gets slightly underrated given how good he was. Although it would be fairer to compare him to someone like waqar(striker bowlers who focused mostly on getting wickets and not preventing runs). McGrath's economy sets him apart from the rest imo.

Also thought of Waqar as someone who could knock out the tailenders very quickly.

Thats would actually be a good comparison, not sure if statsguru can do it or not, the percentage of wickets bowlers get vs top order compared to bottom order. Waqar's yorkers at the depth of the innings were
