Absolutely serious. Sheep format is even more fun but even in the snake format, I enjoy the drafting far more than the actual matches.

Ah got ya. Yea this bit is quite fun, having to change your tactics last minute because someone else picked your player, changing your teams dynamic, changing your order...proper tactics involved here!

It goes like this. There's a game mod who gives a criteria. So say criteria 1 is a player with 100 wickets.

Now, every team send their choice to the mod with the condition that you get your player only if it's a unique pick, ie no other manager picked the guy. Do you go for an obvious top bowler in Akram or Mcgrath? But hey, everyone would have picked them. So you go for tier 2 in waqar. But what if that's exactly what others are thinking meaning they would go for waqar so you could be bold and get Akram or Mcgrath. Or what if you throw a total curveball and pick Sachin who fits the criteria. Again, what if someone else thought that as well.

Once you decide in this clusterfeck and submit, the mod waits till everyone submits.

All unique picks are declared as "PASS" but the name of who got who isn't disclosed. All teams who picked the same player have their pick BLOCKED and the name is disclosed. These picks go into the blocked pool and are out of the draft forever. So if 2 people go for Akram and 2 for Mcgrath, they can't be picked now.

Round 2 begins now and you do the same.

This goes on for 3 rounds. Whoever has even the 3rd pick blocked gets a SHEEP. Basically a very very shit player who fits the criteria.

Its brilliant. We just completed a sheep test draft a week back, linked you up. Can surely do an ODI one after a small gap. This one's just started anyways.
 
Earlier I thought that nostalgia was a bitch in drafts but now I am shocked at the number of players with 70 - 80 matches being picked so early.
