I'll prepare a long one on Happel and his vision, formation, tactics. Basically stay true with his Feyenord/Holland days, but with one huge improvement (which Platini is probably the best fit in history and glad I could land him) on his execution which was quintessential to his ideas, but for some reason he fell short in some occasions - unlocking tight defences and having a pass master between the lines(midfield/attack) to capitalize when dominating the opposition.Hope everyone dedicates small part in their tactics for choosen manager and his playing style.
It'll be interesting to see whether people would try to improve the personnel - for example Happel was great at getting the best out of what he had, but also allowed creative freedom and would've enjoyed some world class players in his team- or they will go with trying to replicate exact formations/roles of certain players which might be the "safer" option to sell a certain team.
I see some possible banana peels in terms of finding the right balance for some of the managers like Klopp, Jose, Sacchi and Lobanovskyi as their style is very strict in terms of roles and potential "upgrades".
