Not weakest, but with a less clearly defined shape and tactics. If I were you I would focus on nailing that, and what I'm saying is it is good for both of you that your next rival will be focusing on that, rather than already have a very defined team (e.g. Cutch, Brwned) which just gets stronger in key areas of weakness.
Invariably, you would end up trying to counter the next rival (a losing battle) or exploiting his existing weakness only to find they reinforce there after you've made a pick... Playing a side in flux will allow you to focus on nailing down what your side will be all about going forward which is what I think will help you most long term.
