You too, every one of your players is solid. Bryne might struggle against a top winger but not on a United forum. I have definitely overpaid but I had to because of competition.

Chester hasn't done too badly either. But yeah, Skizzo already has the best CB pair in the draft, and the option to play Charles upfront if needs be. Stobz has done much better with the Giggs money spending it elsewhere and Sir AF has recouped a bit of that spend getting some real bargains.

Think so? I'd say Law was always going to be pretty expensive on here (and rightly so, I suppose). And Ball was downright cheap. Mackay I suppose you could have gotten cheaper - but he was introduced in the first round and all those boys were destined to be pretty costly.

I think it is very even so far, basically everybody has made an absolute steal at least and even if they slightly overpaid elsewhere they are looking on course. Greaves, Charlton, Johnstone, Wright of the ones who haven't been mentioned too much already.

Mackay is going for what he should go for - any cheaper and I'd have bid on him as well pushing him up to the price range you got him for. Law is definitely overpriced, but you are back to even by getting Ball so cheaply.

What I mean is relative to Charles and Moore, it is overpriced.. In terms of quality I'm happy as they're world class players.

Well everything is overpriced in compared to the bargains! Compare nearly any deal to Ball and they'd look overpriced as hell, unless they were bargains too.

Aye - never really noticed that. But Charlton was very reasonable if you look at what you ended up paying for Best. The latter was as expected, I'd say, but Charlton could have easily gone for something similar.

I was stunned with the Ball one tbh, I was prepared to spend big on him. My big worry in this draft is Gio, have a feeling we'll be competing for same players.

I couldn't believe Johnstone went for that low too. He's the best winger in the draft in terms of value for money alongside Ball who isn't an out and out winger in all fairness.

Stanley was good value for money too, second best winger in the draft after Best and just went for 52, 14 mill more than Johnstone who was at a brilliant price - and 20 million less than Giggs/Finney who somehow went for more.

Might have gone for him if we had got Dalglish at a decent price and Scholes for less. This draft is filled with a lot of good strikers though.
