is it worth applying for the Burnley tickets to get loyalty points? i won't be able to make the game, but will be happy to flog the tickets on here (At face value of course), if I am somehow victorious in the ballot?

Last year they scrapped the loyalty system for cup finals. So it didn't matter how many you applied for.

A good username you've got there RonaldoVII. :D

Cheers.
Check it on your online booking history online, think they are posted on that already

It rarely correlates with my actual results, but it was empty. I phoned them and they said unsuccessful, yet the news on the official site said there were some tickets left for OU members to buy if they were quick. Don't see how there can be tickets available if people were rejected in the ballot. Perhaps people were successful but couldn't make the rearranged date. Ballots always feck me over.

I am surprised you didnt get them, the ticket office can be a disaster

Is it just me or has the ticket site not worked for 2 days?

I want to apply, and I can never get on the cnut.

Not working for me as well, I'm trying to renew my OU membership but it says that's unavailable. So i can't apply for tickets either..

I'm just punting for all aways this season, not expecting to be succesful in any, so any i do get will be a bonus.

Trains for 5:30 kick offs

The last train to London is at 20:35 - how likely is it that I'll make this train after a 5:30 kick off? Also, what's the quickest way to get to Piccadilly from Old Trafford?

Thanks guys!!

Easily

There's 3 trains before and after a match that go from Manc Picc and Manc Oxford Road to Old Trafford south stand tunnel and back again. It's barely any distance, train goes ridiculously slow so usually takes 10 minutes ish, but plenty time for you to get on the train back, even if you have to wait 20 mins at OT after the game. If memory serves it's £3 return

It's been said hundreds of times, but here it goes again.

Our ticket site, is utter utter shit

Got 2 tickets in the east stand. Not the best but better than nothing or being rear ended by the official tout, Viagogo.

Trying to apply for tickets at the Wigan game and all I get is an error has occurred. Any ways around this? I dont really like calling the stupid ticket office!!

It would be nice if they would come up with a kick of time for the community shield, booking transport etc would be nice.

In case anyone is interested, just got an email saying limited amount of Birmingham tickets available for members and Charity Shield on general sale

:smirk:

on an unrelated note. Can anyone tell me where I can pick up the tram replacement bus (eccles line) somewhere near piccadilly station. We are coming up next week for a short shopping break/Valencia match and need to get to Exchange Quay. Cheers :)
