All ticket/travel information thread - 2009/10: Touting will not be tolerated

Kristao all the museum related stuff is given quite well on the official site. I've been the day after a game, but that was a Monday. The only problem might be that its not open on a Sunday.

thanks... will check it out on manutd.com..

I mentioned this a few pages back, but I'm trying to get one for the Community Shield, 1 for Birmingham on opening day, and two for Arsenal at OT (not necessarily together), so if anyone has any leads I'd be grateful, cheers.

CS and Brum you'll pick up easily.

Arsenal unless you know someone or are very lucky not a chance.

Saying that I got sorted for city(did have a ticket but gave it away to a friend over from US, and Rome last season on here so worth asking.

Seems I'm in Chepstow (-ish) for Brum and stuck at work for the Arse - was offered a swap for the latter but woirk suddenly gave more holiday options whilst I was away and he's booked hol instead. Evryone else has, of course, filled in the new potential gaps for the game - still , the poor b*ggers have kids I guess.

The Brum game wont be up to much.

Save yourself for the long run mate.

I'd disagree Imp - for those interested in our history the museum is well worth a visit. Arguably needs more than one visit unless you can pace yourself with a break.

I speak as a regular museum 'researcher'.

I'm with Seagulls on this, the museum is great, and has won numerous awards. However when I was there a few weeks back for the MUST/Busby do I was thinking it needed an update (the treble season 'exhibit' is still the centre-piece). The trouble is how you objectively describe what's been going on post-2005 without pissing off the powers-that-be or the fan groups.

For the record I have never actually been to the museam and am therefore talking about something I know nothing about.

Maybe I'll try it out one day.

Heapy - Will you be coming up to OT much this season or should we just expect an appearence at the away grounds running around with your bag of chips?

I'm sure a shrine to Glazer would go down well with all concerned

How many "Cockney Reds" are on here?

Im a Manc living in London. It would be good for the reds that live in London to get together and car share for home games.

'Exiled Reds'.

I'm no help i'm afraid, don't do enough homes to justify it.

And, don't forget, there'll be a MUST Chubb Club in London next season.

Joining the London supporter clubs can get you cheap train tickets. 31 pounds return.

Excellent news. Any idea where in London this will be held?

I see.

Im not going to the Brum game as im away.

The first i will be up for will be Arsenal or City. We should arrange something nearer the time.

Where in London are you moving to?

Not sorted out where exactly yet

I checked the trains for Arsenal, it's rail repairs so it's a no go, so ay I'll send you a PM closer too

Is there even a loyalty point scheme?

Are you refering to the scheme they did for the CL final?

They have loyalty pots for away games - basically you're either in or you're not and to be in you have to have applied for as many away games as possible for years and years.

Just thinking if I can get extra loyalty points then I'll buy a ticket but if not then no need for me to bother

same here - although I always go by train nowadays - pretty cheap if you book far enough in advance

Is this definitely happening?

Loyalty pot for domestic aways is a closed shop

Doubt the Charity Shield counts towards it. Although the United site do list it as a 'domestic away'

Thanks mate = I'll save my ££ dollar then! Unless I have a much, much better week at poker!!!
