All ticket/travel information thread - 2009/10: Touting will not be tolerated

I heard there was a Coventry Branch but they closed. Any one know why?
 
Cool might have to go on bus one day.

Mate hs got two tickets for CS Match against Chelsea. As he can not make it.. anyone intrested. I shall seat info ASAP.

Would like answer quick otherwise he will send back to club.

Yeah it did. I used to get on in Cov. It used to stop on the London Road near the Ring Road junction. Has demand wained now then? or has Norma just scared everyone off :p - cue..."i'm phil"
 
going to utd v birmingham, but want to know if anyone with oneunited membership purchase three tickets for me (seated together) as i used up all my memberships. Need tickets to be posted to me before game as it's for a mate.

My girlfriend is meant to be getting me a special treat of tickets to Liverpool at home this season, but has no idea how to go about getting the tickets. Obviously with that match its not going to be easy at all, but what are the best bets for getting a chance at this match, and when will they be on sale?

Well if you are a religious man, i think a prayer might be in order, because this is probably the one game where even members struggle big time, touts charge a fortune and even the United corporate prices will be very expensive, so good luck with all avenues persued !

Yeah the coach was half empty last season.

Norma's well cool! She was telling me once how she gave David Gill a grilling infront of everyone at one of the supporters clubs meetings.

I wonder, if crowds really do start dipping for some games, if the club won't bring a loyalty scheme in? Whoever has applied for the most game as a member gets priority for games against the likes of City and Liverpool. Don't see why not, seems fair

I always think people should get themselves to OT especially if they haven't been before. I'm not so hot on the picking off big games malarkey though. If you're only going to a game a season, doesn't deserve to be a top game

That's why these packages piss me off. The tickets should be going to regulars.

Is there still a coach running from the Bishop Blaize for aways this season? I saw it advertised in one of the fanzines last year but didn't end up doing it. Just wondered if anyone knew.

Away Games

Anybody know what the deal is with away games this year? I've got a season ticket with my brother and we applied for a few last year but didn't get any. I just spoke to someone at the ticket office and they said they'd scraped the loyalty pot this year and would give preference to season ticket holders who had gone to the previous five aways. Never been away, how do I get a ticket?

Is that true?

No loyalty pot whatsoever for aways?

Surely we'd have heard a bit more of a fuss if that was true?

The preference of course should be to season ticket holders who've applied for the last 5 games, not gone, otherwise it's still luck of the draw and then they always get preference

I've not heard that the loyalty pot has been scrapped. I don't think it was mentioned in the last Fans Forum which I think even the Glazers would have felt obliged to do.

Has anyone actually got possession of their charity shield tickets yet !! i have applied for 19 in five different lots and not one of them has turned up yet, why do United always leave it til the last minute.
 
still waiting here too. i don't know why they just don't send them as they allocate. They seem to like to cut things fine!
 
Just phoned them up for an update, and they said they will be posted either today or monday and knowing the postal system that means they should be here next Monday after the game, i mean the F.a cup final was middle of May so they have not had long to sort it out !!!!
 
I know they're in short supply, but if anybody possibly has two tickets for the Burnley game which they're looking to sell, then could you possibly send me a PM about it; would be much appreciated.
