Raul to United as the experienced striker SAF has quoted as saying he wants?

He's always rated Raul too.

There's absolutely no way that they are going to give him #7 shirt, Beckham asked for one when he signed and was rejected. Madrid fans would not accept that, neither would Raul who is their captain.

He'll wear #7 for national team though, which makes enough sense for CR7 merchandise to be there.

He's 30 years old.

I don't watch La Liga so I can't say if he is still good or not.

But I remember SAF saying he has always rated him.

Well, they can't create their own superstars. . . so, I'm sure they'll have eyes on our next one. I doubt the likes of Rooney and Rio would consider a move away. Rio certainly said something along those lines.

I've been backing the Russians since their demolition of Sweden. I told a couple of my mates to back them against Holland. They didn;t listen. . .and lost a bit of cash. They look quality. . .barring a dodgy defence. Not surprised they beat the Dutch, who I think flattered to deceive in the group stages.

rio at that stage has said he'll be a united for life. he did say earlier in his career he fancied doing a stint abroad.

rooney would never consider a move away because i dont think he's the most cosmopolitan or flexibleeee/opnminded lad. i can't see him ever leaving the northwest to live in a completely different country for a few years.

heart says russia, head says germans will dismantle any side they face now.

so no big changes for me. before the tournament is was my heart saying holland and head saying germany.
 
When is the last time a player came up from the youth system of Madrid and was a great player..... Raul?
