How are people blaming Mkhi when he's got the agent he's got? He's the one dragging this out trying to get the most money possible, it's the same every single time.

Mkhi isn’t being greedy at all. His agent is doing his job by trying to get him the best deal possible. No, Mourinho wont let go of Martial. He wants to add quality to the quality we already have.
Why shouldn't Mkhi ask for a pay rise? I don't think he really wants to go to Arsenal, he's being forced out. I'd ask for a pay rise in his place. People need to get off his back, it's pathetic some of things people are saying about him.

This, right here, is the issue I have with the defenders of Mkhi. Disclaimer: I genuinely loved us signing him at the time and backed him for ages.
The issue is that United now are indeed playing a counter-attacking style; all of Jose's greatest teams have done just that. Mkhi though isn't working. He runs quickly? Sure, but he has no end product of note and most of the time, his runs fizzle into the ball going into touch or being passed over to / won back by the opponent. Pace alone gets one nowhere, as we should have known since Bebe / Obertan and co.!
The issue here is one of trying to distort history. I've seen it before, but it's just boll*cks. We need to accept that some people just prove the 'Peter Principle' and Mkhi is one of them. There was Forlan who prospered when he stepped a level down from us - but it was clear as day that he'd had more than enough chances but wasn't good enough / didn't suit us. Solskjaer (true legend) was another that was a fantastic player for us - but not the best suited to be our starting striker. With Mkhi, he's just not good enough for us - or any team with designs on a title challenge. The guy is a game trier (when motivated and confident) and against mediocre / poor opposition like we faced in the EL last season, he does quite well, but he's never going to be a game-changer against good opposition.
Last season's EL run by the team and Mkhi papers over one significant fact - we had the easiest run we could have wished for and played no great teams; we still struggled over the line, despite having given up on the PL and not having any other "distractions". This run was not "Mkhi driving us on" but Mkhi having decent performances against poor opposition. Not one of those teams would be anything but cannon-fodder in the PL. Performing against them should really be a given!
That's why I shed no tears over his leaving. Don't rewrite history and let's stop picking up on individual qualities. Bebe could run (as could Obertan). We had Januzaj who (potentially) had some skill but lacked the mentality. The list is endless. Each player even in our academy has some skills - which is why they end up here. Only a few though, have the entire package it takes to be a regular and a first-choice. Mkhi, sadly for him and us, just isn't one of them.
Manchester United and Liverpool did it. Granted, Arsenal aren't quite as big as them but it's not like it's unprecedented.
The staff has already been revamped which is probably part of the reason the team has been so active in transfers this season. And Arsenal could still be in the Champions League next season through the Europa League or, an outside chance, the PL. Until the recent run of draws they were right in the mix.
If someone who hadn't followed the league this season saw their saltiness, they'd think it's us who are comfortably on top of the league!
Well I did say they could do with winning the Europa League. I think the people at Arsenal may suggest, with their history of constant top four finishes that this is merely a blip. They're a London club which is always a strong pull for foreign players. They can offer competitive wages too. I think Wenger would need to leave, but Arsenal in two seasons could be a very different club to now.
Liverpool got Klopp without being a stable Champions League team, Chelsea got Conte without being in it too, we got Mourinho although our case is different.
He's being paid as a top player that should keep his confidence up. This cuddling of players is what brought United in this sorry state in the first place. In our glory days players had to prove themselves week in week out to defend the priviledge to wear the red shirt. At one point we added what was considered back then the second best playmaker in the world despite having Paul Scholes in his prime playing there.
Then we started getting sloppy with players being kept because they are nice (Anderson), they got a bubu (Hargreaves) and they were great servants to the club (old Carrick and Keane) and before we knew it we ended up in this sorry state.
Arsenal are a big club who are willing to give him a rare second chance to play at a top club despite not showing anything that suggests that he deserves it. Mkhitaryan should be grateful to them for this priviledge. He shouldn't be asking for a payrise. If I was Wenger I wouldn't even want him now. The guy should be desperate to move to prove us and everyone wrong not asking for a payrise because he failed.
