The announcement (if there even is one) has nothing to do with Sanchez. Like Liverpool can compete with what us and City are offering him.

Ox wanted regular football. Sanchez wants trophies. Liverpool have the same chance as us when it comes to winning the title. Even now we're almost level and have been better than them last few years. That's despite them having some better recent years and us having our worst.
