He's a good player, good technique, can beat the press, can pass and a decent engine. The farce will start when we want to renew his contract. Hope he's done with his irritation about playing DM.

That is thinking of logically their effect. So De ligt and AWB would improve our defence meaning our attack will have more confidence in taking risks and they will get the ball more often as well. With Rabiot and Felix, their ability to beat a man/press is enough to get you excited even if they have a less of an impact than AWB and De ligt.
You dont like Ruben Dias? We will need a CB and it could end up being him.
Even the Portuguese posters don’t rate him. We have enough of an “ok” defender in lindelof and don’t need a brain fart defender beside him

AWB can also beat a man. Im excited DeLigt since not only is he a brilliant defender hes also a monster in the air and a goal threat. Its not only attackers btw who get peoples juices going. Each to their own though
Tbf I thought he was superb in the final.
1 performance in a small summer tournament doesn’t make me want to buy him
Yeah me too but between the possibility of not buying de Ligt and the obscene amount of money demanded for KK and Maguire, maybe this guy wouldn't be so bad after all.
