Adnan Januzaj

Loved his run from our own half when we were under pressure, he had the strength and pace to hold off two Fulham defenders.

One of the few highlights of the second half. His ability is incredibly and he allies it with amazing self-belief and purpose. No telling how good he could become if he keeps it up. I see a few PFA player of the year awards in his future though...

I think Fergie would handle that situation with his influence. I hope Moyesy also will as he got experience in rasing talents like Wayne and Barkley.

I think the manager has to to try to protect his players regardless of influence. Hope he did say something post match about it or in one of his later press conferences.

He makes some very mature decisions. Plays like he's far more experienced at this level than he actually is. Probably won't see him against La Real now, given that he's played in the cup vs Norwich and a full game today. Really want to see him in the CL but I suppose we can wait!

Massive, massive cnut.

First off richter boots him in the ass with quite a hard kick, then he stands on his ankle.

fecking asshole I hope we complain a out that and get him banned because that wasn't by accident, he went out to hurt him.

Disgraceful.
Yet I have no faith that anything will be done.

double stamp?

only saw the second one meself... already becoming a target because he's so good... Parker had beef with him all game too

Looking at the vid in slow motion, you can see how much pressure Riether puts into the stamp. What a total and utter cnut.

Holy shit. Thats a blatant ban

Just hope MOTD pick up on it and Football First. Then something might be done. I am sure Chris Kamara said the ref gave the free kick against Adnan, not the other way round, hope that doesn't mean it was dealt with. It would serve the FA right if one day a club got the police involved if someone injured.

Absolutely pathetic from Riether, fecking average player who did feck all the whole game bar helping us by breaking the offside trap for the third goal I think. Adnan's doing great job again another assist for his account.

Just watched start of Match Day Review on MUTV, showing Adnan complaining to the ref. Poor kid had every right to moan. The referee should be protecting the players from thugs like Riether.

It has to be shown. It can't even be put down as a "accident"

You hope the F.A. will do something. How many times have we been gobsmacked when they do nothing for what can only be classed as assault on players, not just out players. The F.A. are hopeless. If they do nothing and then have the cheek to ask Adnan to play for England, he should tell them to get lost.

That stamp on him was shocking. Didn't watch the second half but the first 30 minutes I did get to see, he was brilliant again. Really is one of those players who can get to the very top. In football manager terms, you'd have him as a -10 (170-200 pa) player for sure

He's only a -9 I think on this one. Changed him to -10

Yeah, I did the same. Can't expect them to make him a -10 considering he's only just burst onto the scene for us but I think he's nailed on to get upgraded to that.

Did he he get a yellow, if so then there is no chance of retrospective punishment?

If we had spent £25m on a winger like him in the summer he'd currently be being hailed as a great bit of business and a high point of our season. he's going to be a superstar. his entire game is excellent, the fears i usually have about young players arent there when he plays, its amazing.

he'll have his low points but the ability is quite clearly there. so exciting.

What's the bets they show the Reither incident on MotD and joke about it as being a 'welcome to the premiership' and that he'll need to 'toughen up' rather then criticise Reither for being a snide cnut.
